Our heater was 20+ years old and we've been wanting to switch from a swamp cooler to refrigerated air for some time now. We decided to pull the trigger and did a full replacement of both units. They were extremely competitive when it came to pricing, another company was going to be significantly more expensive when we were just looking at the heater repair/replacement. Cody and Dylan were the two service techs that replaced the units and were great to work with. The first day they arrived they were very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect over the coming days. I didn't feel the need to check in with them because they would check in with me when they arrived every day and throughout so they could update me on the progress they were making. With the change in weather I've used both the AC and heating unit in the last couple of weeks and both are working great! I would recommend JP Plumbery to anyone in need of their services! Joe

This is about work done by JP Plumery in October 2024 (before their partnership with Signature…read moreHeating and Cooling). I had them install a new Carrier heat pump ($18K+) to replace a broken evaporative cooler/ancient furnace. The furnace was located in a second-floor closet, so that's where they installed the air handler (and coil), both installed vertically. Unbeknownst to me, a city permit was required for this work, which was NOT obtained by JP Plumery. Had a permit been obtained along with the city inspection, NONE of these problems would have occurred. 1. They did not correct the air intake to handle a 4-ton heat pump (which they oversized - my house is only 1800 sq ft). They claimed a 20"x20" intake was completely fine for this system. Nope. It required a minimum of 1680 cfm air flow; a 20"x20" only provided 840 CFM. 2. The condensate drain they installed was completely incorrect - it had a long horizontal pipe immediately after the handler drain instead of a 5" long P trap to prevent the negative pressure from the air handler from sucking condensate back into the air handler (see photo with accompanying condensate inside the air handler). 3. The air handler was not installed 'square' onto the ductwork supplying the house (see photo). 4. They did not install an automatic shut-off required by city code to turn the unit off if the condensate pump pan overflowed and water backed up into the air handler. This caused flooding in the second-floor closet that leaked into the first-floor ceiling. Once this leak occurred in late July 2026 (and it had been going on for a while, just not noticed because it hadn't leaked through the ceiling yet), I called JP only to be connected to Signature Heating and Cooling. The air handler was full of water. The tech diagnosed inadequate air intake or a potential refrigerant leak causing the problem (the air was plenty cold coming out of the registers). When I asked why JP did not install the correct air intake, all I got was crickets. So I contacted the BBB and all of a sudden, they want to come out and 'take another look.' Same tech came out and denied that inadequate air intake was the problem and instead added more refrigerant, which made the condensation worse. For both of these visits, I was not given any objective measurements or photos taken by them. So I had two other HVAC companies come out to see what was going on. Both diagnosed the problem as an inadequate air intake and an improperly installed condensate drain with no automatic shut-off. I had both problems corrected and, what do you know, the problem was solved. All this during our 100-degree heat in August 2026. I went back to Signature Heating and Cooling/JP Plumery for reimbursement for the work I had to have done to correct their mistakes. All they have done is deny deny deny and will not take accountability for their mistakes. Now I have to have the city come out (at my additional expense) to retroactively issue a permit. The BBB was absolutely no help, so I've contacted the CID for New Mexico and will write reviews where-ever I can to warn you all about these merged companies. DO NOT do business with them. See my other reviews for who I recommend. JP can reply to this all he wants, but he knows what was done. It's funny, all they had to do was reimburse me $2500. Now I have a file a claim in court.

BE AWARE!! If we…read morecould give zero star, we would. We had such high hopes from reading all the reviews. Unfortunately, All Out Plumbing and Mechanical missed the mark to do major work for sewer and pipe replacements. When we hired them to replace the new pipes, they didn't remove all the old pipes from the crawl spaces until we pointed out to them to have the old pipes removed. They also demanded payment right after they replaced the pipes without inspecting if the pipes were working properly. All Out Plumbing and Mechanical is a very bad company in NOT KEEPING a one-year warranty to inspect all plumbing works and redo camera video as their promise. When we contacted them a few months later regarding the one-year warranty, they kept pushing our appointment out... beyond the one year. They canceled our one-year warranty inspection appointment at the last minute. Many times to reschedule appointments a few more weeks out again and again... We were beyond frustrated by their many excuses on why they could not come nor follow through with their one-year warranty contract agreement. Likewise, they were unhappy when we tried to follow up on setting up an appointment. We tried contacting the owner but he ignored our letters... and, out of the blue, without communication and confirmation of any appointment, All Out Plumbing dispatched a technician to open an outline on our property and did a very brief camera of our line, without our knowledge (less than 15 minutes from set up to clean up before verbal exchange with tenant who did not expect to see All Out Plumbing with some device down the pipelines). Until today, All Out Plumbing has not release the follow-up video of our pipelines nor provided any recommendations. Anyhow, it is sad that we have to post this review since we do not want to say bad things about a company, but we feel obligated to share with the public that you should be careful if you hire All Out Plumbing as they are NOT professional and NOT trustworthy.

This was not done. It appears the water was simply turned off and on, but no cleaning or maintenance was completed. Some problems were actually created by the service. Here are the issues I found after having a "professional" examine the unit. Here is a list of the issues I have with the service work that was done very poorly, and even damaging. 1. As the tenants were moving out, I went by and saw the ac was leaking water bad. They were told the pan was rusted so that's just how it was. In looking at it, the pads were clogged and never cleaned nor changed or suggested to be done. I had asked specifically for this to be checked and changed if needed. A rusted out pan was not the problem nor was a solution provided. This situation resulted in a large amount of water and leaking water daily. 2. The overflow hose was directed to spray directly into the fan, which makes no sense and can create so many issues, including rot and rusting of the AC unit, ducting, and surrounding structures. 3. Almost 2 inches of dirt and silt was in the bottom of the tray. There is no way the accumulation occurred within 3 months time. This shows it was not cleaned out, and I wonder if it ever was for any of the previous service calls. All of this resulted is very low airflow, water wasted and potential damage to many aspects of the home. I do not see any way these are remotely acceptable, and they are actually negligent. I feel these are very strong reasons to leave an appropriate review, especially as I was never contacted back for an explanation or attempt to rectify

The only way to do it with a flat roof is to go through the walls and through the studs. Dimitri, the owner of this small business, did all the work himself which meant drilling all the holes through the studs, running all the pipe, insulating all the pipe, including insulating the hot water line on inside walls, And insulating some spaces between joists that never had insulation in the first place. The work was permitted and inspected and he used ball valves for shut offs instead of valves with a washer. All in all I can't say enough good things about his work and his work ethic. I took a lot of pictures I hope they can all be put on this page because the amount of work that went into this was epic. He couldn't have been nicer or more polite. A friend and colleague will come Monday and replace the drywall that was cut. His name is Dominic Moore and I highly recommend him as well because he's the one who recommended Dimitri of 3G plumbing to me. In the pictures notice the bracket that he put in the closet behind the shower. He was able to do the tie ins and drop downs without having to do anything to my tile. Excellent work. This is what happens when the work gets permitted and you use a master plumber who has a lot of experience in the field. Plus he figured out a way to go through the sides of the cabinets on the outside walls so the various cabinets and fixtures didn't have to be moved. He's also giving me a $250 credit to have my house cleaned after the project is completed. Kudos.
