The hot water did not come on for long enough that I called the desk, went back and then it started to get warm, finally hot. On thvalve the difference between cold and very hot was about an 1/8 inch. Finally got it set right and had a nice shower. The toilet is in a corner where my knees were on the facing wall. One bolt on the toilet seat was loose, probably since you have to slide on from the side. The door tended to stick, a smaller person might have needed help. The sign said updated rooms and some effort has been made but lots of the room is still 20 year old hardware. Bed was good, good cable, quiet room slept well. Tried to complain in person, my preference but no one was up yet.

They have six tubs that are somewhat communal. If it's not crowded you can get them by yourself, but if there's other folks around, you will need to share. The water is delightful, but very warm. You can turn off the flow if it's just too hot for you. It's $18 for two hours soak you can stay longer if they're not crowded but honestly two hours is plenty here. Nice place with friendly folks cute cats running around the property. Looks like they're building some additional tubs. Also looks like they're pretty liberal with their beverage policy so bring your cooler with some beers and other libations. Overall a super chill place love it.

They could spruce it up a bit but the price is right for a quick stop for some rest.

While here there was a wind storm that knocked power out from 10pm to 4pm the next day. Staff was amazing! They guided us on what store we're open and had generators. Since all thr towns from coeurd'alene to Wallace were blacked out. As soon as power returned they opened the waterpark out of hours for us to enjoy. Thry also gave us refunds on the waterpark and snow tubing add ons. Everyone went out of their way to help guest and make right a situation that was not in their control. We will be returning to try snow tubing. 10/10

Smell lingered our whole stay as we think possibly it used to be a smoking establishment and that odor is hard to remedy with old carpet in common areas. Room was clean, not as bad as smelling as out of the room. Shower had a cigarette burn on the shower lip (see photo). Texted the mgr but she was apparently not feeling well. It was my first time traveling alone and they were SO kind and accommodating. I never felt alone, the energy on that property is so peaceful. I laid in a hammock by the fire every night. Property huskies kept me company and it was pretty painful leaving to go back to regular life. I already booked another trip and I can't wait to come back for a white winter in the coziest cabin.
