ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I went here years ago then moved, started going to a place close to my new house. Today I went back and I'll never go anywhere else again. The pedicure was to die for! I was literally falling asleep. For the quality and time on the pedi it was sooooooo worth it. I also got a full in and that was beeeeeeeeyonnnnnddd incredible! The amount of choices you have for color is SO diverse. Like I've never been to a nail salon with so many displays. I chose the cat eye one and it turned out amazing!! The workers are really nice, overall the vibe is very relaxed. Just common chats happening and music playing in the background. Totally recommend if you have trouble finding the color you want. read more

Decent mani/pedi but very expensive. Manicure, pedicure and eyebrow waxing was $75. I also feel a bit hoodwinked by being offered a shoulder massage towards the end of my manicure & after I had already paid for services. Typically they offer this once you are seated at the drying station and it's a quickie 2-3 minute massage. I initially declined the offer, the gentleman persisted and asked how long. I gave in and said 5 minutes, he said too short. So I ended up getting a ten minute neck/shoulder massage that I should have assumed cost more but in the moment did not even think it. For some background, I'm between 7-8 months pregnant with twins so I'm both achey and mildly dim. Another $12 charged, plus tip. I typically only get my nails done for special occasions (that particular day was for my baby shower) or if I'm really feeling down in the dumps. So the next time seasonal affect disorder rears it's ugly head, I think I'll be trying a new nail place. If you're desperate for a pedicure, go - but otherwise it's a waste of money. $25 for a pedicure plus $10 for calluses ($35 waste of money). First of all she fudged up paint and i didn't even notice until later (when it rubbed on my sheets (I wear glasses & can't see that far to my toes lol). Second, for calluses they use a soft cushiony thing. - no friction. My heals are still rough (of course they lather all the gel on it & it feels great for an hour or two after but later in the day, yuck). While my toes were drying I noticed the lady took all the scissors, clippers, etc. and just brought it to the next lady . No cleaning . No sterilizing I do not typically come here . After specifically mentioning that I have very sensitive eyebrows, one girl proceeded to use too hot wax, and not the best peeling method. Ended up burning my upper eyelids brows and ripping the skin off in some places. Then the girl giving me the manicure filed off all my gel polish and soaked them even though she already filed it all off, soaks them and FILES THEM AGAIN. My nails were so flimsy, soft, and weak. Went for powder, they set me up to soak my nails off and went to do pedicures. Left me there for about 40 min before my nails started burning. I finally took off the cotton balls and tinfoil myself and asked to only pay for the soak off and left. I understand if they were short staffed. But not one person apologized for the wait or said they'd be right with me. It's like they totally forgot I was there. Also, the woman who I think is the boss was extremely rude to the customer next to me. Enough so that the customer told her "I don't come here to have people speak to me this way." The people here were friendly and welcoming and there were a lot of options for pedicures. I do feel that the cleanliness could be improved dramatically- I had a hot stone pedicure and watched the pedicurist put the stones back into the warmer after a quick wipe-off that kind of made my skin crawl, among other things. They do have the plastic liners for the pedicure tubs but they appear to be reused. I originally was only going to get a pedicure but the one I selected came with a free manicure, instead of mentioning it at all the pedicurist just moved on to the next customer so I had to wait for them to be complete to get the manicure, he was extremely apologetic for the wait but it seemed as though they'd rather I had just left. They did do a very good job that was not rushed but based on the cleanliness factor I most likely won't return. read more

Went here for a pedi and decided on one of the upgraded options that included a massage for $50. While the massage and extras were nice, the pedi itself was very rushed to the point that the man doing it didn't even do a topcoat. I wasn't paying much attention until the last moment and realized too late to be 100% sure- but confirmed it by the fact that the edges were already totally worn off by the next day. What's the point of spending the money on a pedi at all, even if the massage is good, if it doesn't even last a day? read more

They now charge extra for different shapes when filed, polish on cuticle, extra charge for cutting cuticles, used file and dirty box carrying utensils (Not Sanitized). I was looking forward to having my nails done today. I had been to this salon a number of times. Today I asked for only a manicure. The girl I had was rough! She pushed my cuticles beyond then cut the remaining skin TOO close that my pinky bled. I asked if she could be gentler as this is supposed to be a pleasurable experience. It made her more angry. The other workers laughed. My massage was more of a mangle. She applied the polish as if a 5 year old had done the job. My nails looked awful. Literally the WORST manicure I have ever had. She charged five dollars extra to remove gel polish. To remove the polish, she used a dremel-like tool and sanded it off. I've never had a more careless experience than here. My nails have been rushed twice in a row. Both times they filed my nail bed until i could feel pain. This last time I decided I'm not going back. It's a shame, I think they have a decent color selection too. I asked for coffin nails and the man doing my nails just annoyingly brushed me off. Suggesting he heard me the first time but just didn't want to listen. My nails ended up all different lengths, some are rounded edges, some square edges. Some are coffin shaped and some are grossly fat and square, longer and shorter, slanted tips. Ugh. I am so disappointed in how they came out. When i asked to have things altered he would say things like "really?" Not to mention when my nails were drying in the uv light, my tech completely walked away without setting a timer and began filing another woman's nails. My hands were burning from how long they were in there. I've never considered walking out of a place as much as I did there. The tech, Annie I had the very first time was good, pretty gentle. Absolutely horrible work. Went in for just a regular manicure because I am trying to let them grow. My nail length was filed off. I wanted them filed just straight across. She kept filing the sides. When she polished she put 3 coats and it looked like a mess. All over my fingers, cuticles BAD. Then was taken to another station and she put gel polish that cost me another 18$ added to the 12$ for the horrible manicure. That polish was so far away from the cuticle it looked like I needed them done. Sloppy too! Then without asking put this fleck on my nails without asking, I wasnt going to pay for that. The best part wax the 12$ i paid for a neck massage. I pd 30$ for 2 attempts on a simple manicure. Never again!! And 12$ for a neck massage.
