Decent mani/pedi but very expensive. Manicure, pedicure and eyebrow waxing was $75. I also feel a bit hoodwinked by being offered a shoulder massage towards the end of my manicure & after I had already paid for services. Typically they offer this once you are seated at the drying station and it's a quickie 2-3 minute massage. I initially declined the offer, the gentleman persisted and asked how long. I gave in and said 5 minutes, he said too short. So I ended up getting a ten minute neck/shoulder massage that I should have assumed cost more but in the moment did not even think it. For some background, I'm between 7-8 months pregnant with twins so I'm both achey and mildly dim. Another $12 charged, plus tip. I typically only get my nails done for special occasions (that particular day was for my baby shower) or if I'm really feeling down in the dumps. So the next time seasonal affect disorder rears it's ugly head, I think I'll be trying a new nail place. Sorry to this business, but you price gouged a loyal (albeit not super frequent) customer.

This is the night I got home (after my pedicure). My horrible rough calluses returned just 5 hours later

If you're desperate for a pedicure, go - but otherwise it's a waste of money. $25 for a pedicure plus $10 for calluses ($35 waste of money). First of all she fudged up paint and i didn't even notice until later (when it rubbed on my sheets (I wear glasses & can't see that far to my toes lol). Second, for calluses they use a soft cushiony thing. - no friction. My heals are still rough (of course they lather all the gel on it & it feels great for an hour or two after but later in the day, yuck). While my toes were drying I noticed the lady took all the scissors, clippers, etc. and just brought it to the next lady . No cleaning . No sterilizing I do not typically come here . My 1st choice was busy... I was desperate and I figured I would try something new. Big mistake....BIG MISTAKE Very disappointing & a waste of $35

After specifically mentioning that I have very sensitive eyebrows, one girl proceeded to use too hot wax, and not the best peeling method. Ended up burning my upper eyelids brows and ripping the skin off in some places. Then the girl giving me the manicure filed off all my gel polish and soaked them even though she already filed it all off, soaks them and FILES THEM AGAIN. My nails were so flimsy, soft, and weak. I had to go get a brand new manicure the next day somewhere else in hopes of saving them. The massage WAS amazing though

I was both impressed (I mean that's gotta be a record!?) and upset. While I didn't want the additional services, no one was waiting so I'm not sure why there was such a rush to get me out of the chair. I myself was about 10 minutes late but was rudely told to get a color first when I was in the door no less than 30 seconds. I've seen reviews of the owner and unfortunately they ring true. The woman doing my nails could not have cared less if she tried. While she was sweet she was not attentive and this was the most stressful pedicure I've ever had. She didn't roll my pant legs all the way up, didn't drain the water while she was painting my toes, and was barely seated before she asked if I could pay now. I don't frequent nail salons as much anymore just for the occasional pedicure for a special event but I've noticed a decline in service here for a while now and it's sad to see. Care and attention to clients is so important and I hate to sound like an old lady, but I do expect more when I have an early appointment on a weekday and no one is waiting.

I wanted to give them an extra star because they did *attempt* to fix their mistakes but it just kept getting worse and the closer I looked the worse and worse I see it really is. All I wanted was a basic French manicure but they did not do a good job shaping my nails and even worse job with the polish -mostly because they kept using old nail polish that was dried out (you could see the stringiness of it every time she dipped it, straight a cheese pull. They redid two nails 3 times before finally getting a newer polish and they still did a poor job of painting them. Oh there is also a gross dried into the top coat fiber of some sort on one of thumbs. The closer I look the worse it all gets. So frustrated I wasted money but more importantly time and left so very disappointed. They were not rude and they did attempt to fix it but I wish they would've been honest that they were not skilled enough to do a French manicure because I would've rather have paid for a regular polish and saved the up charge and left happier with the results.
