My neighbor recommended Jeff of Specialty Plumbing Services so I called him even if it was after 8:00pm already. He told me to shut off the main line for the time being until he can stop by at 6:00am in the morning, which he really came on time. Very professional, brought in his tools and parts he would need. He even explained to me what causes the problem. In less than an hour, he got both hot and cold faucets fixed. He is very knowledgeable and was worth the wait. He even cleaned up the area he was working on, like no traces of him working there. Also, he explained what could be another option in the future to prevent the issues from happening again for modern plumbing, as our plumbing system is old, way back 1975. He charged VERY REASONABLY. Jeff, you are a heaven sent and saved me a lot of money. Thank you, very, very much. If, at sometime we have plumbing issues, definitely calling him again. I highly recommend him for plumbing issues. He has honor and values and does the job right the first time.

This is one of the most horrific experiences I've ever had with a plumbing company. I had Ken…read morevisiting twice on resolving an issue with my sprinkler system. The problem started when we heard a loud bang whenever the sprinkler system was activated. So, I did some extensive research and was advised it was a classic example of needing a water hammer arrestor installed. NOTE: Something I should emphasize is that this only occurred once, when the system was activated. Anyway, before he even started, I advised him of my research on his first visit. He seemed to be considerate, but advised that he was a master plumber, so I of course listened to his recommendations. He decided that since there was some pipes in the basement that weren't strapped down, that could be the problem. The cost of that was $234.00. No problem, because he advised that a water hammer arrestor would cost around $400.00. Since that didn't work, on his second visit, he advised that the pressure reducing valve would be most likely be the issue. I allowed him to install that, because again, I'm relying on a master plumber to fix the problem. That didn't cure the problem either. NOTE: And by the way, on his second visit, he mentioned the water hammer arrestor would now cost $500.00 if the pressure reducing valve didn't work. After allowing him twice to fix the problem, I decided that was plenty enough chances. I was charged an additional $700.00+ (plus a 10% or higher tip which he stuck in my face, while claiming it wasn't something I was obligated to include) and the problem still wasn't repaired. My thoughts were that this guy is trying to bleed us for the greatest amount of money he could scam us out of. So let's get this straight: I've paid this company a $1000.00+ and I'm right where I started! Anyway, I hired another company and they diagnosed the problem immediately. They installed the water hammer arrestor and there hasn't been a problem since. Never again will I accept a guessing fix twice from someone who supposedly knows what they're doing. I'm not a financier for someone's else's guessing games. I've done lots of guessing doing some of my own repairs, but it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. With EasyBreezyPlumbing, you're in charge of footing the bill! Never, Ever Again! NOTE AGAIN: If you've ever had any type of dealings with Applewood Plumbing, then you're going to realize their business model is similar. It means to replace everything they can charge you with, instead of what you asked them to REPAIR!

1. That didn't happen. The unit installed (rated at 2.2 GPM) can't handle normal, simultaneous use. A 1.75 GPM shower works fine on its own, but the moment you turn on a second fixture--like the sink faucet--the temperature in both drops by 10+ degrees within seconds. This should have been caught during basic testing. (2. The same plumber also left issues with the shower not draining properly.) Streamline's newly hired master plumber weeks later came out to address some of these issues, tested the system, and confirmed that the water heater is undersized for the application. Despite identifying the issue, I have not received any follow-up or assistance from him either. A licensed electrical engineer confirmed that the electrical panel can handle a larger-capacity unit. Streamline/Brian the owner knows this. I've been trying to reach Streamline for several weeks to coordinate a properly sized replacement--something I've already offered to pay the difference--but have not received a response. Interestingly, when my husband called, the call was returned the same day. We were supposed to have heard back after they connected with the Rheem rep but they've they gone cold. As have we. 3. Separately, the shower arm and head were installed too low, and the fixture started pulling away from the wall shortly after installation, reportedly because "something fell inside the wall." This was fixed after I sent a photo of the falling fixture. At this point, I would appreciate a direct response so we can resolve this and move forward. 4. Lastly, they also charged close to $500 to unclog a toilet with a snake.
