No. Do we address issues as they come up? Yes. I have been involved with Broadview for many years in many roles. The care and compassion from ALL is phenomenal. From the Administrator to front line staff to the kitchen staff to housekeeping staff it is a down home family atmosphere. I have worked with Broadview as a Hospice Rep, a Home Health rep and employee off and on with the company for 15+ years. To see the great things being done at Broadview makes my heart smile!

I will warn my friends of color and allies about this place.

Best place in Longmont. They do effective manual therapy! The therapists even get extra training in…read moreit. They're not just a bunch of exercise physiologists. A lot of places claim they'll do manual therapy, but then refuse to, just because insurance pays less for manual therapy than for useless exercises. Dr Rob won't force you to do exercises you can't do yet, although he'd get paid more for that by most insurance companies. He actually cares about his patients. I came in with pain from old injuries and arthritis in the injured joints, and now I'm getting much better. Feeling more resilience in both body and mind. The building has good air exchange. It always smells good, and they don't use perfumed products. The waiting room offers coffee with real half & half, and filtered water, too. Yay!

I've been going to Micheal Walker, the main doctor here, for a few years now. He's great on so many…read morelevels. First, he listens. He helps you from where you are, it's not a cookie cutter approach. Second, he doesn't push supplements. That's a big one for me. It's not that I don't agree with kinesiology because I do. But when I'm going for an adjustment, I want that. I don't want to add hundreds of dollars for supplements that might not interact with others I already take. Third, he's real. He knows what he's doing and adjusts when there's new information. Fourth, he has tools-laser, decompression, etc. There's another doctor there who also seems good. I know someone who sees him. It's the intelligent and simple approach. And the staff is incredible. They welcome you, converse, I love them here.

I alternated seeing Hayden and Matt. I then had a cardiac incident, not at Select Physical Theraphy. When I came to my next appointment with Hayden I told him about it. He decided to give me a gental session and said they might not want to treat me anymore but he wasn't sure. I thanked him and asked to be called if they decided not to continue with me. Not getting a call I showed up for my next session with Matt. He told me he did not want to treat me anymore. I complained about coming there for nothing that day and about other things ,like him setting me up to excercise in the past and then walking away and chit chating with another theraphist. I never raised my voice or used profanity when I told him he treated me in an unprofessional manner. An hour after getting home, I was called by a crisis councilor. Matt had called 911 saying I was a danger to other people and had threatened him. Also my insurance company was billed, even though no services (other than trying to get me in trouble with the law) were rendered that day. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
