Colorado Clinic had been my pain clinic since 2014. Well, they all disappeared in the night last month...no warning, no explanation, no coverage whatsoever for all their patients. Many people, including myself, went into withdrawal because our medications were stopped so abruptly. What they've done is patient abandonment. Not a single patient was told they shut down; their office in Greeley is empty and locked. What were these doctors and Nurse Practioners thinking to abandon numerous patients with significant pain issues like that??? I'm hoping other patients will join me in contacting the State Medical Board, as well as an attorney. None of us deserved to have this happen and they need to be held accountable. read more

Closed their doors euth absolutely no notice to patients in end of February/beginning of March, 2023. All patients were left with no medications, no follow up, no way to obtain medical records, etc. It is patient abandonment as it's finest and if anyone ever figures out how to locate their owners, you need to let everyone know so their patients who suffered and continue to suffer...can sue them. read more

Monsters is what they are, I didn't believe so many bad reviews and thought just a mad patient logging several reviews but have just found out they are all true!! I called them 2 hours after THEY were a no call/no show and was told "Something happened" and they will call me Monday, knowing full well my prescription runs out Friday night. Its Wednesday now and no call!! I cant call anyone else due to the contract they make you sign. After 9 years on a narcotic they are forcing a cold turkey withdrawal situation and for no reason, at least I don't know!! They made sure I became dependent and offered no alternative treatment and then just quit on me. I have no choice now but to turn to street drugs. Thanks CCC....FU read more

This place is absolutely ridiculous I really wish the state would step in and see exactly what was going on here. I was scheduled for a UA in August. after driving the 45 minutes I get there and they say they ran out of cups a few days ago. REALLY? Not even the common decency to call people and reschedule! Then I was scheduled for a UA in September and again I drive all the way down there and they out of cups 2 days prior, again not even a phone call to reschedule. Today I was scheduled for a med refill and my doctor never called me. I finally got in contact with them and they said they didn't like my attitude when I had to reschedule my UA so they were discharging me as a client. Not even so much as a phone call to tell me this. They waited until med refill day to say something. So now I'm out of medication and I'm scrambling to find a doctor. They don't care about their patients, they never answer the phone. They have already shut down one location. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. FIND SOMEONE WHO CARES, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY READ THE REVIEWS PEOPLE ARE TELLING THE TRUTH! read more

The staff is very friendly, doctors are knowledgeable and don't treat you like a number. Rather they get to know you and your situation prior to anything else. I have had injection from their doctor and he was great. They manage my situation better than any other pain clinic has. I could not be any more happy with this clinic. The intake gal knows me by name, my doctors nurse is very friendly and I absolutely love how my doctor treats me and my situation. Thank you very much to Colorado clinic. Colorado Clinic USED TO be excellent. I started there in 2015. Unfortunately, they've allowed certain factors to really deteriorate the practice. For one, they have terrible communication practices. For example, there are multiple issues with the phone. If someone actually answers, and you leave a message, you may or may not ever get a call back. The multiple times it went to voicemail, I left messages and NEVER got called back. When it is an urgent situation, it is very frustrating. I tried using the app to send a message. The app had been great, but they changed apps, and now, it boots me off and/or doesn't transmit the message. One time recently, I couldn't get a hold of my NP for 2 weeks, and I ran out of medication. It was horrible! My spinal nerve damage condition is terribly painful without meds. (It wasn't my NP's fault. She never got any of my messages, and she felt bad that this had happened.) I've been a model patient, following all the strict rules, never abusing my meds, and my UAs have always shown I'm taking only what I'm prescribed. I don't appreciate the way I've been unable to get a hold of anybody. It makes me sad that the clinic has become like this, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you just can't get in anywhere else. read more

The staff at the Colorado Clinic are professional, sympathetic, and knowledgeable. Dr. Eric Hoffman is a kind and knowledgeable Dr. Who listens to his patients and does his very best to make sure I am able to function and thrive not just exist. I know it's a ultimately a business and Colorado Clinic is there to make money. However, some offices are only about the money and not about the patient care. Unfortunately this is one of them. Caution, don't fall ill the day before or the day of your appointment. You must give 48 hrs cancellation notice or you are charged $125 and "No Show" is attached to your chart. Im sorry but how many of us know 48 hrs prior to an appointment you will be sick and unable to make it? Or your child will fall ill. Maybe the car won't start. Who knows this information 48hrs in advance? Not me. Life events happen and people fall ill and can't always give 48hrs notice. It is their policy you cant even reschedule an appt if it's less than 48 hrs or you will be considered a "No Show"and charged $125. The $125. must be paid before you are seen again by the provider. If you choose to become a patient here just be willing not to miss an appointment or you'll pay $125. Because the refuse to waive the fee. A very unreasonable policy. It's a shame the mighty dollar holds more significance over patient care. read more
