We owe a large part to Impact for helping my wife during her first pregnancy, especially down to the last few days before our son was born. I was too sick to attend my session at Chiropractic Impact, this was 2019 and I was nearing the end of a year-long, monthly program I signed up for. I was tired and could no longer make it into my appointments so instead of calling and rescheduling I had to cancel. I had been paying for several months without service  and I did not want them to touch me anymore. The thought was literally nauseating to me.. My first attempt to cancel was on February 14th, 2019 via text message. This message was strangely met with no response, which was unusual for them. March arrives and I'm billed again. I call Chiropractic Impact and try to cancel again. I'm told I'd get a callback. I never did get a callback. I still didn't cancel. This behavior continued until my bill was down to the last $91. I never received a callback. I called back a couple more times and nothing. I canceled my card to stop the fraud. I finally got a callback and the attention that evaded me for a few months...I was a faithful client. The service at Chiropractic Impact was okay. I simply no longer wanted them to touch me. I shouldn't have to pay for that right.  I will warn any potential customers to avoid the monthly care packages. You cannot exit this shady contract. What really upsets me is that they sent me to collections(during a pandemic)  for $91 dollars after I spent hundreds on nothing...I'm yelping now because I'm gonna pay collections. There are other places to get your back cracked without putting your credit at risk for services you never receive. It is disheartening that a business run by women would force a person to be touched when they have shown a clear desire not to be. This Yelp will be up until my credit score rebounds. Best chiropractor I have ever had. My girlfriend has been going here for sometime now and after several months of driving her (because I liked getting starbucks next door). After she showed me how incredible her progress had been, from x-ray data, i decided I wanted to do it myself. They take x rays then go over what your back, neck and hips look like. My neck was all messed up. Then they build treatment off of that. It feels more like a doctor than a traditional chiropractor because they focus on fixing your back completely and not just giving you relief, which is awesome. Had a bad experience here with prenatal chiro care. I delivered early and they wouldn't refund my unused sessions, even though my physician recommended I not receive chiro care postpartum due to complications after delivery. Also, they sell MLM products which is icky. The treatment here is very expensive and not only did my baby not turn, but I had zero difference in discomfort. Waste of time and money. read more

Don't by the package! Total rip off! I paid $3k in cash up front and my last adjustment the sent me home crying in pain saying I had no more. It took time but I finally proved the double charged me for one visit. They sent me a refund check and made it clear not to come back. They will smile to your face then stab you in the back. Impact chiropractic is a great place to go for chiropractic services. The doctors are all fantastic and caring. The whole staff remembers you and knows your name when you walk in the door and they all make you feel comfortable and welcome. I came to impact just after i was in a car accident and the staff was extremely friendly and caring and understood my concerns and needs. They made a plan with me for my recovery and have made the process as easy as possible for me. The best thing about impact is the appointments are very quick. You can be out the door 15 minutes after you walk in, so it's not as much of a hassle to be adjusted a few times a week. Impact has great people and great service. Already super impressed. The facility is beautiful, they do a series of warmup exercises which I have never heard of, and then they have you jump on a vibrating plate to help keep everything in place for a longer period of time (apparently they're one of a few in northern Colorado that have one). The entire staff was very clear and communicative. Especially when I was only going in for low back problems and the X-rays showed I had much more than that: turns out I have scoliosis and a few other things that are very out of line. While it was disappointing hearing that it was going to be a 6 month treatment process, I know that I will be in good hands and that they care about me as a person, physically and emotionally, as well as financially. They were able to work with me and my insurance to help make things financially easier. Super impressed from the first visit. read more

I love Dr. Elise, Rocky and their staff. I started seeing Dr. Elise when I had what I thought was completely unrelated, pain in my thyroid. When nothing could explain it, I mentioned it to her in passing at a networking event. Turns out my nerves were being pinched and the pain was reverberating to my thyroid! Not only did that stop, but when I stay on track and see her just twice a month I don't get migraines and everything in my body just seems to run better. She is extremely knowledgeable, very conscientious, an professional. I also love that I can get in and out fairly quickly. I think they're more salespeople than chiropractors. Someone else mentioned be ready to sacrifice $ 2,000 if you go, and they're right. I even started to mention how I probably couldn't afford it, so they tried getting me on payment plans. I had to schedule a future appt before I got my first adjustment,which is pretty "salesy", so I did it for Monday. They're closed Saturday and Sunday. When I called Monday, right when they opened, they charged me a $75 cancellation fee. I'll take the responsibility that I should have left them a message or made proof I didn't want to continue, but there's no doubt they could have been more lenient. The whole 4or so hours it took for them to prep me for a simple adjustment, they kept me waiting in rooms and talked nonstop about how special their chiropractics are. I understand you have to be a little bit of a sales person in this industry, but this was definitely over the top. read more

Historically, I have felt skeptical about chiropractors, and never had an interest in seeing one. After becoming pregnant early this year, and once I entered into my second trimester in May, I started experiencing a lot of sciatica, tot he point where I was missing work because it was so persistent and painful. My doula made the recommendation for me to see a chiropractor and after doing some research online, I came across Impact, specifically because it seemed like they had a lot of advanced knowledge in working with pregnancy, and if I was going to take a chance on seeing a chiropractor, well, I want to see the best! I was impressed that I was able to get in the day after I called, especially because this was around Memorial Day! I first saw Dr. Laura and I loved her kindness, her thoroughness, and I felt safe and supported in her hands. After learning about the overall benefits of seeing a chiropractor while pregnant, I began going consistently, especially because my midwives had mentioned multiple times that my baby was going to be large, so I wanted as much help as possible opening up my body and making sure my baby was positioned as best as possible. During my pregnancy I also saw Doctors Elise and Heather, and I was equally as impressed with them as well. I am so thankful to have had the Impact team throughout my pregnancy, they made it a little more comfortable and I definitely feel like my body was all the more prepared for me to brith my son, who in fact was a large baby with a very large head (and I was able to do it unmedicated as I wanted to). I currently plan to continue to get adjusted as I continue my postpartum journey and my son also had his first adjustment when we was a few weeks old! I appreciate their thoroughness, but my experience closely mirrors the 1 star experience by Holly C. Do not go here unless you are willing to commit $2000 to your care plan, (or $500 on the low end). It would be one thing if this was something that they communicated when you booked an appointment, but nothing was communicated until I was actually at my first appointment and committed to dropping the $85 fee for the intake appointment. When I expressed that I was unable to commit to spending that much on a care plan, given that I am a graduate student, I tried to discuss alternative options. They were unwilling to work with me for a shorter time frame than a full 2 month commitment. This experience was extremely dissatisfying to me. If you have that kind of money to drop on something like this, I am sure that this is a good place. However, I did not experience the "heart centered care" that others here speak of. read more

I have been getting adjusted at Impact for just under a year, and it's been an amazing experience! The staff are so helpful and friendly, the facilities are clean, and the doctors definitely let you know that they care about your health improving! I started going to Impact Chiropractic when I was pregnant with my first child. I had read a lot about how chiropractic care can help with aligning your body, which in turn makes the birthing process easier. I can testify that this is 100% true.
