A couple years ago, I was feeling defeated. I was really sick and felt exhausted in my search to find healing. I literally couldn't sleep, I lost 35 pounds that I didn't have, because I couldn't eat and so many other horrible symptoms. My health care doctor gave me the diagnosis of -wasting syndrome-. I have always had a wonderful experience at benchmark Medical and Windsor. The ladies are very helpful and knowledgeable.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. I did the weight loss program here. The program (essentially way over priced keto) was successful in helping me loose some weight, but I never got to my goal (my closest was 17# away) and as soon as I tired to eat real healthy foods after their diet, I gained it all back and then some. The biggest problem I had was the disorganization and horrible hours. I would show up for an appointment before work and have to leave before it happened because they would be so far behind. Finally, I got sick of this place and choose a different company that uses real food (not their disgusting boxed and powdered food) and respects my time. I called to get records from Benchmark and was told they would be ready on Friday, I gave them extra days and went in the following Wednesday. Not only were my records not ready like I was told they would be; but they actually laughed when I said I was told they should've already been printed because "there was a holiday" so I shouldn't have actually thought they would've done as they said they would. To add insult to injury, they couldn't even find all of the blood work that I had done there and I walked away, 20mins later, with only 1 record when I had multiple tests and was a patient for several months. read more

Where does one start?? First off I want to applaud the office for its ability to just get a smile on a face when you walk through the door.. As patient now in many aspects of Benchmark: weight loss, spinal correction, PT, and now hip replacement.. Because I started over a ear and half ago, I was doing Keto.. my way. And Dr Sandy did bloodwork and helped me improve my diet and my outlook. With surgery, 90 percent of your improvement in psyche and diet.. the rest is sheer movement.. and getting back to ground zero, everyone is different, but my garden business and zest for outdoors got me going 10 days post surgery., No docs tell you to do PT right away.. they get you moving.. Do not use Benchmark Medical unless you want to have billing issues the rest of your life. My son was treated there. I repeatedly had him ask what he owes. The answer was always nothing, it is all billed to insurance. A year later they send a bill for over $1000. I called - no answer, no one returned my call. So I paid it. Guess what, still getting the same bill/statement claiming I owe the same amount. Verified they cashed the check...called...they have no billing department per the girl who answered the phone. They just send out statements without checking balances. Huh?! Completely unprofessional company. read more

The Physical Therapy, Massage and Chiropractic services at Benchmark are phenomenal. When I walk through the door, I am greeted with respect, kindness and professionalism. Each and every person who works there have an attitude of helpfulness, healing and hopefulness. They have the most updated knowledge and equipment so to heal the entire body, not just the injured part. Where do I start? At 62, after years of fighting weight, health, and depression issues I was resigned that for whatever time I had left on this planet I'd be an aching, exhausted slug. Years of doctors, chiropractors, and weight loss programs had done nothing for me. When my sister told me about the ads she'd heard on the radio for Benchmark Medical I decided to try one last time. WHAT A DIFFERENT APPROACH! !! Full blood work up they did showed why I was in this mess of a body. They started me on a nutritional eating program with the correct supplements that my blood work showed I desperately needed. Immediately my cravings for sugars and fats vanished! Benchmark has changed my life. I was going to have surgery to fuse another section on my neck, I've had a double fusion already. Benchmark has eased the pain enough that there is no need for another surgery and my medication has been cut by more than half! I really wish I would have come here before the previous surgery. Which I believe it wouldn't have been needed. The staff really cares about the people who come through the door. I've been to so many PT facilities, alternative medicine and doctors offices, never have I found people so caring. The goal for them is for the patients who come in to have total permanent healing. Many offices that I've been to say I'm not working hard enough so they let me go. Generally they have caused more pain. That has not been the case at Benchmark. They work around my injuries so it does not aggravate my conditions. I also have a mild form of lupus. Cutting out cleaning chemicals has made the flares less intense and less frequent. Unfortunately they still come on. Using Cryotherepy 4-5x a week lowered the pain levels and gave me more energy. I took a break for a week to see if it was really the Cryo. After several days the symptoms crept back up, so I know it was the Cryo that took the pain and fatigue away. If you have an autoimmune disorder I recommend trying out the full body cryo for a few days in a row to see if it helps alleviate some of the symptoms. If you're even contemplating Benchmark I recommend going in to talk with them and giving them a shot. It is much cheaper than surgery and all the medications that come with chronic pain. read more
