This place has been nothing but a headache. I was referred here by Always Towing & Scrap through a…read moreguy named Mike Hensel, who guaranteed me he could fix my car for a cheap price. That was over a month ago, and now I'm $800 in the hole with no real progress on my car. Communication has been poor, and at this point, I feel like I've been taken advantage of. A reputable shop should be transparent about pricing, timelines, and the actual work being done--none of which I've experienced here. If you're looking for reliable and honest auto repair, I'd strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

This is my honest rating…read more My car was in their hands for roughly four months for a bumper replacement. In the beginning, it was partially my fault for ordering a fiberglass bumper. What really made it annoying was their lack of communication. They never answered their phone, so I had no idea how faulty the bumper was until it was too late. I had to show up at their shop to find out anything. They had already began working on the bumper, so it voided the return policy. So, to save them trouble, I bought ANOTHER bumper and sent it to them. This one more expensive, better material; polyurethane. Still, it took a long time, but I trusted their time spent would be worth it. They didn't charge me anything extra for the trouble, which was kind of them. Although, it was beginning to be too long for me to go without my car. I had a job and a lot of life issues I had to sort out which required my car. So, I showed up at the shop once more to check up on things with the newly purchased bumper. They explained they were waiting on a missing piece. The bumper was having some fitment issues, which was something I could eventually make work later. Didn't care too much about that. The paint job is what I was disappointed about. The color was fine, but the texture was orange peeled. They also painted my fender making it this same texture. This was probably because of improper sanding. So my fender and front bumper stand out so bad from the rest of my car. Also, a few other concerns. The car looked good at first sight (aside from the paint job) but they had literally forgotten to plug my headlight back in. They tried to say that it was plugged in, but that it wasn't working. Luckily my bf could get that back working (all he did was plug it in....) Also, my undercarriage wasn't reattached. I found this out while I was driving down the road and immediately started hearing a horrid scraping (it was just the plastic, but it's completely gone now from the friction). The bumper has some dents that I didn't notice when I first checked in on it, and the clips that hold the bumper to the car were just snapped off. From driving it, the whole driver side of the bumper is just falling off at this point. They also didn't accompany too much for my fog lights. Simply took them out and didn't put them back in, so i'll have to find someone to do that for me. I love my car so much and I feel my time and money was wasted. I'll have to save up the money again to get it fixed a second time, but now I'll have to get my fender repainted, the undercarriage plastic replaced, and probably purchase another bumper due to the broken clips. In conclusion, I assumed they did their best with what they had to work with, but I guess I expected too much. This is not meant to push you away from this shop, just be mindful, as I wasn't.
