All three different times I've called she has hung up on me and refuses to provide her name or allow me to speak with someone else. The 3rd call; she kept accusing me and arguing with me that I was calling from marketing or trying to sale something. Which I told her multiple times I was not. Complete madness... Poor service and poor reflection on this company. Then, I received a call back from the manager, AFTER I left a bad google review. That's what it takes to talk to someone else..... Manager was nice, but at this point damage is done, I'm not doing business with a company who has staff that communicates that way to someone who simply wants information. ‍

I'll start with Jeff, who handles the Yelp messages. He was very professional, communicated well,…read moreand was understanding when I reached out with concerns. Unfortunately, the actual service was disappointing. I spoke with the receptionist beforehand and went into detail about everything I needed done. I was quoted the $189 special and knew stairs would cost extra, but once they arrived, there were additional charges for landings, walk-in closets, and other things I wasn't expecting. What I thought would be a reasonable increase ended up costing me about $300-$400 more than anticipated. My advice is to ask about every possible charge beforehand and get a firm price. The basement came out good, but the master bedroom closets left a lot to be desired. The stairs also ended up with a green discoloration afterward that I had to remove myself. To make matters worse, their van leaked oil in my driveway and on the street. I contacted Jeff and thought someone would come out to clean it. Instead, the same van returned and left another oil spot on the street. I now have two oil stains in the street and one in my driveway. My biggest advice: do not let their vehicle park in your driveway, and get a detailed price upfront that includes closets, landings, stairs, and anything else you want cleaned. Jeff was great to deal with, but based on the overall experience, I personally wouldn't recommend the company.

These guys are INCREDIBLE!!…read more My stop and waste valve failed right up next to my home, and I had water in several rooms in my basement (family room, and a bedroom). I contacted the insurance company, and I was expecting to have to replace walls and carpet. They put me in touch with Utah Flood Guys, and told me that they would be able to handle the water, and just to let UFG do their thing. They knocked it out of the park!!! They arrived right on time, and were super calm and collected while I was peppering them with a whole bunch of questions and opinions. I was concerned that just a few fans would not do the job, and id be worrying about a musty smell and possibly left over water. They understood my concerns and took the time to explain the process, to put me at ease. Their equipment was quite impressive, and it was very clear early on that these guys weren't just placing fans. They knew exactly what they were doing, and they were coordinated, clean, and quiet. I can't stress enough, the piece of mind I felt while watching them work. It was super reassuring. They saved me thousands of dollars of repairs, and increased insurance claims. It has been a few months, and I can tell you that there has never even been a whiff of a moldy and musty smell. They left me with a bone-dry basement, and that is all I could to for. They just nailed it! Utah flood guys did a great job, and I want anybody in the same situation to hopefully see my experience, and know to call these guys, because they will take good care of you. I posted the same review on Google, but as a Mac user, I wanted to leave one here as well.
