This review is very well deserved. I had some wind damage, contacted a different roofing company, and my insurance and the claim was denied stating no damage. My insurance company even told me they would be canceling my homeowner's insurance because the roof is old. I contacted Mark with Alta roofing and he inspected and confirmed there was wind damage and he talked to my insurance company and we filed another claim. I put him down as the contact person for the claims department and he talked to them for 2 months, took pictures, did everything above and beyond the claims department asked for. With his knowledge and persistence, my claim was approved. And the process was so easy and pretty much effortless on my part. This would not have happened without Mark's professional experience. All my expectations were by far exceeded and I am truly grateful for the outcome. And my roof looks wonderful. The guys that did the roof were very experienced, detail-oriented, very precise, and efficient. A friend of mine recommended me to Alta Builders.  There was a wind storm and my roof had some damage.  After Bennett's inspection, I submitted a claim to my insurance adjuster.  There was enough damage on each slope to qualify for a complete roof replacement.  I'm thankful for Bennett and my good insurance company.  The three of us stayed in regular communication throughout the process and Bennett was very thorough.  Once the insurance was approved, we color picked shingles, they tore down 1-2 days, then put down ice and water sheet,  new 25 or 30 year shingles, and a new drip edge.  Left my home/yard clean of any debri's.  Roof looks perfect and primed for solar! Some of my neighbors recommended me to Alta Builders. I had an area on my roof that needed attention. Bennett promptly came by to inspect the damage. After his inspection, he found where significant damage had also been caused by a hail storm. I submitted a claim with my insurer, and they agreed that the damage was significant enough for a complete replacement. Once the project was signed off by my insurance company, Alta Builders took a total of 3 days to completely remove, repair, & replace a new roof. They were clean and respectful. Mark Fullmer from Alta was over our job and he went above the call of duty working diligently with our Insurance Company who covered the majority of our costs. Our insurance company estimated the cost to be just over $17,000. after all was said and done we had to pay $2,500 and that was it.
