After two weeks of unresponsiveness, I was forced to search my insurance company's website to find a second new OB/GYN. I'm so thankful that I picked Dr. Shisler. I called her office with my concerns and Heather got me in the next day. I've never been treated with such kindness and care. Dr. Shisler took time to get to know me and my medical history. I felt heard and she had a lot of invaluable information for me regarding my health and the issues I was having, including explaining the lab results from the previous OB/GYN (who still hasn't gotten back to me). I said that i had the right date as shown on my appointment reminder card. The manager, Ryan, asked to see the appt. card. I told him i would bring it on my next visit. When I showed him the card on my next visit, i told him i did not appreciate his doubting my word or calling me a liar. Instead of being courteous, gracious and professional, he started to argue with me and debate what was said. He then started to walk away from me, and i said i wasn't done we were having a conversation. He said he wasn't going back and forth, and that I came at him and not to expect him to take it. I asked to speak to his manager, I was told he was the manager, I asked for his boss. He walked away and then came back, I told him i wanted to speak with someone else. He had my therapist come speak with me. She is excellent, professional, capable and courteous. I was under the impression that she was going to have her boss call me. I heard nothing. I was made to feel embarrassed and humiliated. This is not a path towards health and well being. Unprofessional, Rude, Argumentative, Discourteous, and Condescending.

I went in after a total knee replacement and thin 6 weeks Athletico had swelling worked out, muscle strength back and my flexibility back to normal. The personnel were professional, compassionate and very knowledgeable. The facility was clean, welcoming and filled with high quality machines and equipment. I will have my other knee replaced next month and Athletico will be my go to physical therapy facility.

I told the person who answered the phone that before making an appointment. But at the end of the appointment, I was told there was no one present who could administer an IV. I understand doctors do not normally insert IVs but he wasn't capable especially if it's an IV therapy location? I was charged nearly $100 on top of my deductible for a COVID test which I wasn't told before the test was done. I've never been charged that much for a COVID test. Even though I asked about the charge and told him my copay amount, they still overcharged me which wasn't discovered until I asked for an itemized receipt. It took them many hours to issue the partial refund.
