The woman who was doing my pedicure I believe was the owner or someone of that sort, but she continuously got up to help other customers, leaving me to wait. Went in for a pedicure as a walk-in. Only one other person was there getting a pedi. I was seated quickly and soaked my feet while waiting for a tech to open up. The guy started out ok but he seemed rushed. I never got a choice of the type of pedicure and he never gave me a massage. Honestly, it went by so fast I dont even think I got any lotion applied. The best part was the massage chair. Oh yeah, I had to reapply polish when I got home. They must put something in the polish to keep it from drying out. I went here to try it out seeing it is a new place and had an appointment available when I needed it. Although I enjoyed the fact that it was clean and quiet, I was shocked to see that I was being charged $60 for acrylic nails (pink & white) that I've always gotten at other local nail salons for $35 to $40. There weren't any signs displaying prices either, which was disturbing as well. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to communicate with the employee due to a huge language barrier which also made it difficult to explain what I wanted my nails to look like at the end of the visit. It got busy so she rushed my shellac manicure. While my nails were under the light she slapped some lotion on my wrist and "massaged" for about 15 secs each. Struggled to communicate and was rushed to a station without being able to get any questions answered before they started work- immediately drilling my natural nails. I ended up with acrylics (would not have been my first choice) that are super thick and a bit crooked or mis-shapen, and already look like they're a week old/grown out. I requested as "natural" looking a nail as possible, and he kept nodding, while creating nails with a long, square, fake pink/white french manicure. I asked for a shorter, more round shape, he seemed irritated, and rounded the corners slightly, creating long, uneven ovals. Another customer came in asking for a fill before he was finished, and he immediately began rushing, creating lopsided white tips on top of everything. Needless to say, I am embarrassed of my nails right now and researching locations to have them removed ASAP. With the communication barrier, and rush to get to the next customer, continuing to try to get what I wanted seemed useless. read more

This is my 3rd time coming here. I was happy the first time I got a pedicure but unfortunately very disappointed the two times after. They tried to take too many people at one time which resulted in them having to stop the pedicure half way through. I was not very pleased with the end result of the painting because I probably could've done the same at home because it did not look very good. I have tried this nail salon 3 times and will never go back. My cuticles have been trimmed so they have bled on two separate occasions. This was my third try. I figured, perhaps I just was unlucky the first two times. Also the manicures from the first two times didn't last as long as ones I have had from other salons. This third time I went in for a french manicure and the nail tech painted the tips of my nails white and then just applied a top coat. When I inquired why she did not put a sheer pink coat on she said she doesn't do that. She did offer to try and paint the pink up to the white but that seemed like it wasn't the best solution. They knew I was unhappy and did not offer to comp my nails or offer me a discount on another visit (not that I would go back) There are a lot of other nail salons in the area that I would suggest before going here. read more

The employees here are nice but besides just natural nail services and painting ,the acrylics come out very poorly. Also every time i've been they're uneven and crooked and do what they want and what they think looks good vs what you asked for. I've been here probably 6 times because it's convenient for my work but honestly unless you get the young guy that works there you may leave disappointed even they're gel/shellac is nothing to be happy over. They also don't open new tools and use nail files , manicure bowls, towels and tools from client to client. If I could give 0 stars I would. This was certainly not the best pedicure I have had. While the salon appeared clean at a closer look there was a bandaid on the floor. It was the worst polish job I have ever seen in my life. I have never had someone paint my toes from right to left, leaving them messy and the polish clumpy. Additionally, I didn't receive all of the benefits of the pedicure I chose, missing the mask and hot stone, but was still charged the full price of that pedicure ($35) with those being the only things that set apart from the $25 dollar one.
