This is a great nail salon. I have come here as a walk-in several times, both for pedicures and manicures. These folks really listen, and go out of their way to accommodate special requests. Also, it's probably the cleanest salon in the seacoast area. I highly recommend Rock Star Nails in Stratham. Bonus? Plenty of parking! read more

I came back for a pedi and in trying to explain what needed to be done better than the last time, because the woman did not fix sufficiently my ingrown big toe nails, a younger person who was doing nails came over and tried to tell me how a pedi works with ingrown toe nails. I am 72, been having pedis for long time. She was extremely rude to me and trying to tell me I don't know my own feet and needs. Her customer service is nothing but RUDE ABD LACKING. read more

Literally every single one of my nails are uneven and crooked.. the guy doing them had dirty finger nails and kept missing a finger and wouldn't notice until i said something. Gel pedi was finished with a giant smudge in the big toe. Gel mani and pedi for $100 not worth it IMO, for the cleanliness, and services read more

I have been there for two years. they do a great job....that said they speak FLUENT ENGLISH. I have told them over and over to not give me a pedicure or fix a nail and they pretend they do not understand. I am done...oh and other people would often come in after me without an appointment and get first class service while I would wait an hour. read more

The service and quality is spot on for a $25 pedicure. The nail technician cut my sister and myself each once but the nicks were small. Great massage during the basic pedicure, I absolutely melted when she pulled my toes. Limited color selection for regular color, many more gel colors to choose from. read more

First time in. Very clean establishment with great pedicure massage chairs. Nancy did a great job. Nice massage and beautiful color. I will definitely come here regularly in the future. read more

Coming from Colorado I'm used to the way they do acrylic nails. I came in needing a re-base, also wanted them shorter and more white added. The pink is much lighter and the tech proceeded to file my nails down to shorten them instead of using the drill...?? Okay fine, but failed to give me more white...so now I have skinny white tips. Not sure I'll come back. Little disappointed. read more

First time and very impressed! Needed a quick shellac manicure and decided to check this place out. Overall great service and the location is super convenient. Luke did a fantastic job - my hands feel pretty again :) Will definitely be coming back! read more

Awful nail service bad at painting nails. They rush people and also rush doing nails and the outcome is bad. Wish it was better service with both read more

I had a very disappointing pedicure here recently. I came with my boyfriend and we both got pedis. The woman who was doing my pedicure I believe was the owner or someone of that sort, but she continuously got up to help other customers, leaving me to wait. I had requested one of their spa pedicures with a longer leg/foot massage, but the woman barely massaged my legs in between helping other guests, and did not massage my feet whatsoever. Additionally, she over-trimmed my toenails and left me with an overall dissatisfied experience. read more

Should have trusted the reviews. Absolute worst gel manicure I've ever had. The older woman was doing such a horrible job that a guy stepped in to "fix" my nails. He had dirty fingers and black under all his nails and smelled like cigarettes. I kept asking for them to stop and just take the polish off. They were all yelling at me and each other. I will never go back to this disgusting establishment. Do not waste your time. So dirty and horrible at nails. read more

Super friendly staff! However.... I don't get my nails done often but when I do it's for a wedding or a vacation. I always get gel on my fingernails and it usually lasts ~2-3 weeks. I'm on vacation in California and had my nails done last Tuesday. It's Sunday right now and my gel nails are chipping and peeling off. Super disappointed, it hasn't even been a week. I spent $68 for a gel manicure and basic pedicure. Definitely not worth the money, wouldn't recommend. read more

This place is one of my favorite nail salons in the sea coast area. They do just as good, if not better quality job then the nail salons down town. Everything is priced well. I have gotten both dip and shellac manis. As well as basic and deluxe pedicures. They always do a great job and are very accommodating. You can see they care about the quality of their work with they way they check it before you leave. read more

I went for my birthday to get a pedicure and I couldn't wait to be dont with it. They guy was so fast barely anything but smear gel stuff on my legs. I paid $40 for a 10 minute pedicure. It was bad and bad service. Do not go there if you want to enjoy a pedicure it was totally rushed and everything done half way. read more

Worst manicure and pedicure ever! Went with my daughter there was a man woman and a young girl they looked like family the guy did my daughters manicure ( gel) it was awful it was a glitter king they were bumps on a couple of nails and he pretended to sanded them down and leave them like that and when she complain they lost it shine on those spots , the guy started talking with the young girl in Vietnamese like making fun of my daughter's complain they didn't remove well the cuticle on either of us my nails have bubbles, lines and patches all over and the top coat was so old that had a string going from the bottle to the bristle, and it didn't cover the whole nail. Never again read more

Went in for a pedicure as a walk-in. Only one other person was there getting a pedi. I was seated quickly and soaked my feet while waiting for a tech to open up. The guy started out ok but he seemed rushed. I never got a choice of the type of pedicure and he never gave me a massage. Honestly, it went by so fast I dont even think I got any lotion applied. The best part was the massage chair. Oh yeah, I had to reapply polish when I got home. They must put something in the polish to keep it from drying out. Save your money and go somewhere else! read more

The costumer service was great but my nails are not. They were doing good until more costumers came and then they started rushing. They are not fully filed down, and are really thick and fake looking, and the tips are not evenly filed, and look like they are leaning to the side. The only reason I gave them a 2 is because they were really nice. read more

I went here to try it out seeing it is a new place and had an appointment available when I needed it. Although I enjoyed the fact that it was clean and quiet, I was shocked to see that I was being charged $60 for acrylic nails (pink & white) that I've always gotten at other local nail salons for $35 to $40. There weren't any signs displaying prices either, which was disturbing as well. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to communicate with the employee due to a huge language barrier which also made it difficult to explain what I wanted my nails to look like at the end of the visit. The end result was no quite what I had wished for. I'm sorry to say that I won't be going back there for the reasons stated above. read more

I love this hidden gem! Staff is nice and friendly and prices are reasonable. For some reason, they always suggest #2 on the menu but I prefer #4...lotions, potions, salts, scrubs, the works. The place is clean and the staff does a thorough job, too. read more

Super dirty. I didn't see any sort of hygienic practices going on. Their hands were as dirty as the rest of the place, it really creeped me out. I would definitely never go back again. read more

The first time I came I was disappointed bc they did not give a hand massage during my shellac manicure. However, the shellac lasted awhile which was good. I went back to try again 4 days ago. It got busy so she rushed my shellac manicure. While my nails were under the light she slapped some lotion on my wrist and "massaged" for about 15 secs each. My nails started peeling on corners right after I walked out and now 4 days later they're all peeling and look awful. I am very disappointed I wasted my money. I won't be going back. read more

Went in last week for a pedicure. Cindy was exceptional & Luke did my friend for her 1st ever pedi. She loved him. This is my new go to for pedi's. I had been seeing another professional near this area but it looked as if I had never been going to her for at least 6 months prior to seeing Cindy. Cindy did them the way they should be done & spot on perfect!! The owner is charged w/ energy & very sweet. This place is clean & polished. I hope it remains!! read more

My daughter goes here and is very happy with their work so I thought I'd give it a try. Looking at the reviews, it appears you either love it or hate it. My experience was very positive. I had a shellac manicure and am very pleased with it. I will definitely be going back regularly! read more

Struggled to communicate and was rushed to a station without being able to get any questions answered before they started work- immediately drilling my natural nails. I ended up with acrylics (would not have been my first choice) that are super thick and a bit crooked or mis-shapen, and already look like they're a week old/grown out. I requested as "natural" looking a nail as possible, and he kept nodding, while creating nails with a long, square, fake pink/white french manicure. I asked for a shorter, more round shape, he seemed irritated, and rounded the corners slightly, creating long, uneven ovals. Another customer came in asking for a fill before he was finished, and he immediately began rushing, creating lopsided white tips on top of everything. Needless to say, I am embarrassed of my nails right now and researching locations to have them removed ASAP. With the communication barrier, and rush to get to the next customer, continuing to try to get what I wanted seemed useless. read more

This is my 3rd time coming here. I was happy the first time I got a pedicure but unfortunately very disappointed the two times after. They tried to take too many people at one time which resulted in them having to stop the pedicure half way through. I was not very pleased with the end result of the painting because I probably could've done the same at home because it did not look very good. I chose the $35 pedicure but didn't realize I was charged for $40 until I was halfway home. Very upset I was overcharged for a not so great job. I don't think I will be going here again. read more

I have tried this nail salon 3 times and will never go back. My cuticles have been trimmed so they have bled on two separate occasions. This was my third try. I figured, perhaps I just was unlucky the first two times. Also the manicures from the first two times didn't last as long as ones I have had from other salons. This third time I went in for a french manicure and the nail tech painted the tips of my nails white and then just applied a top coat. When I inquired why she did not put a sheer pink coat on she said she doesn't do that. She did offer to try and paint the pink up to the white but that seemed like it wasn't the best solution. They knew I was unhappy and did not offer to comp my nails or offer me a discount on another visit (not that I would go back) There are a lot of other nail salons in the area that I would suggest before going here. read more

The employees here are nice but besides just natural nail services and painting ,the acrylics come out very poorly. Also every time i've been they're uneven and crooked and do what they want and what they think looks good vs what you asked for. I've been here probably 6 times because it's convenient for my work but honestly unless you get the young guy that works there you may leave disappointed even they're gel/shellac is nothing to be happy over. They also don't open new tools and use nail files , manicure bowls, towels and tools from client to client. Beware, this salon is never consistent but they are very nice their service just isn't the best nor the cleanest. read more
