Heather is ing amazing!!! I had 2 make up and hair trials before I decided to book her and they…read moreliterally made me hate myself, they were the same price as Heather yet they just didn't know what they were doing. It is hard to find a good make up artist in NH, and when I did I was more than pleased. We had a trial before I went for a night out with my then fiancé (now hubby) in Boston. Side note: I was such a bridezilla the entire time of the wedding planning, like OSD make sure all of the napkins are facing the same way in the ballroom kind of person, so I am very hard to please. Heather did such an amazing job I literally cried because of how pretty I felt that night And when I say I cried, I am not kidding, I actually did... I use make up on daily bases and am familiar with make up, I also used to model and have had my make up professionally done before (usually just no make up make up). However, when Heather did my make up I was like omg who the sugar is this ? It was as if a fairy used some pixy dust on me. She also attached my extensions a month before the wedding, they have a bridal discount on services so it wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be. On the wedding day she did a magnificent job once again, I had some last minute requests as in different type of eyeshadow and she was able to accommodate. We had a couple hiccups, not related to her, but her assistant which we were able to resolve very quickly, just a misunderstanding. I wasn't expecting anything and just mentioned the issue to improve her business. Heather offered to have a free service at her salon for this inconvenience which shows that she truly cares about her clients even after the wedding is over. I don't have photos of the actual make up yet, I will make sure to attach more later :)

Copy of my cancellation email to the owner…read more After my bridal trial on Saturday with Sam I would like to cancel your companies services for my wedding scheduled for 7/9/2022. Before even signing our contract, I expressed how my hair can be difficult to work with and I was assured it would not be a problem. I even asked for recommendations for extensions to help my hair hold a curl. Clearly none of those concerns and information were passed to the stylist prior to my trial. She was unaware of me using extensions. She also stated I should've washed my extensions before hand which had I been told, I would've done so. Also she said I should've came with day 2 hair from washing which I also would've done if that information was provided to me. Same also stated I needed special clips for the halo extensions which did not come with them, I even ordered from 'hidden crown' as that was the website you suggested to me. When my hair was finished I was at a loss of words as it did not look like anything I had envisioned. She ensured it would much different the day of the wedding. But I didn't not feel confident that it would look like anything I had envisioned. While driving my hour back home I felt scratching and tugging under my hair. I found 8 clips that were left in from my hair being curled.. when I messaged Sam she ensured she would do a more thorough look the day of... and also kind of laughed the over sight off.. the extensions also fell out on my ride home.. which apparently is because I didn't have clips but the website does not even sell these clips that Sam showed me so I'm confused as why I needed them. Sam was very nice but I will say it is a turn off to hear other stylists in your salon shit talk and joke about clients while there are clients in the salon. In any work place those conversations happen, I work with criminals and customers at my second job. However there is a time and place, and to do it in front of other clients is not appropriate. I can clearly tell Sam is just out of school based from her Instagram, and it does not look like she's had much hair experience outside of school. I would assume for a company that has and advertises how well they are they would not have stylist right out of school doing bridal hair, especially when a bride expresses concerns. I wish Sam nothing but the best in her future of hair but I do not feel comfortable with your company doing my hair on a very important day. As a bride we have enough stress on our hands, I do not need added stress of how my hair will look. There is 89 days until the date of service so I am not required to pay any portion of the second half of the expected expenses. I am sad to say I regret booking with your company. ** not included in my cancellation but I should've ran when I saw the red flags, I signed the contract that was sent to me by the owner and after the fact she goes "our prices have gone up after the new year..." yet I agreed and sign to the original prices before the new year and she sent me a contract with those prices and then went back on her word... Attached is the post conversation between Sam and myself when I found my the hair clips. My desired image for hair and the result.

WARNING: Nouveau Derm Medispa ruined my life!!! For over a year, my life has been a revolving door…read moreof doctors, specialists, and emergency rooms. I am now disfigured and scarred. This is all because I received filler injections at the Nouveau Derm Spa in January 2020. A well-known and respected plastic surgeon, an MD dermatologist, and an MD infectious disease specialist all agree that the injection was not done correctly on right side of my face. Sadly, it was only after the damage was done that, I learned about Dr. Windt's reputation. Several doctors expressed exasperation when I told them what happened. Those physicians said that Dr. Windt was kicked out of Exeter Hospital, so he then reinvented himself as an allergy specialist and opened a Spa office for his daughter in the same building as his allergy office, NouveauDerm Medspa in North Hampton. In January 2020, it started with filler injections I received at Nouveau Derm Spa. I had bruising from the injections which continued for a week, then after 8-9 days my face started to swell so I went to Urgent Care because it was a Sunday, where they put me on antibiotics and said I need to go see Dr. Windt. Owner & Physician at the Spa, in the morning. Dr. Windt said he didn't really see any problem and that it was just allergies. He refused to take any blame and told me to take probiotics. In February/March I struggled with the side of my face drooping, my PCP called it Bell's Palsy and I was put on prednisone. Without the prednisone my face would swell right up making me look like a monster. In April, I still had Bell's Palsy and swelling, but now a very large lump had formed to the side and just below my eye. The nurse said that the normal pathways of drainage in that side of my face had been disrupted, resulting in the selling and drooping. In July it the same thing but now a large red blotch is appearing on my face. The swelling and drooping still comes and goes about 2-3 x's a month and are swollen for about a week. To this day, there is still swelling and drooping but now there is a large red scar. Friends recoil in horror when they see me and ask "what happened to you"! Nobody at NoveauDerm every contacted me to see how I was doing or showed any compassion for what they did to me.

I've been to see Gennie for two facials so far, and am looking forward to my next one. After my first one, I thought the money was well spent on the extraction portion alone - at other places, it seems they pull three or four, but Gennie gets it all. The facial is the usual layout - wash, steam, extract, then she uses this fancy tool that reminds me of a bug zapper - much better than it sounds - and then you know, I fall asleep shortly after the shoulder massage.... The spa also carries Gennie's own line of skin care, however no one has ever tried to push it on me - I do hate that. Instead, Gennie has made several easy suggestions for skincare that have really made a difference.
