If I did a 1 for this business it was 1 to the negative- I'm retracting due to all I've learned about facility & Owner:/ "Aw-ohh, Buyer Beware"!!. This 1 is a 2 chain med~spa. I'm sure she made $$ for other locale by S'!ing her Botox pts. It's 1 of the easiest products to "fudge with"!! It comes in a powder form. It's at these MED SPA'S/DRS. OFFICES that the product is mixed w/ saline. Each facial area requires varying strengths. Botox should be prepared in front of pt! ? Ask Why it's prepared prior you prefer that it's done in front of you! It's your face, you'll be spending big $$ on this product at the wrong office. There are literally & unfortunately 100's out there, waiting for you to come through their door so they can make bank on you!! Read & ask ?'s. Great web~site~REALSELF!! It's a known unfortunate fact that many "shitalities or med-f'ed spa" do not follow the specific guidelines. They are rogue a$$l3 injector's making a bundle off your wrinkly crinkly face! BUMMER DUDE. It's watered down so the PT is receiving virtually water!! At 1st You'll leave exhilarated. They get you after you're established. You look good than after a few off visits the # of injections aren't working & it's the 3rd x you've returned. It's Time to question injector, try to get a refund & find an honest Injector!! My results~ Day 3 I see some of the expected results. In a week sometimes 2 (?) you should see what was expected & what the INJECTOR ensured! BOTOX WORKS IF DONE ACCORDINGLY!! Maybe some Pt's are on a med creating a resistance or other! For myself I can tell you with 100% confidence it works, it is an awesome product!! Botox was created by Dr. Jean Carruthers. A Canadian eye doctor. This Physician found that injections erased wrinkles as easily as stopping eye spasms!! What a find & Thank you to Dr. Carruthers! Memories-- 1st time you go, you'll see results. When you aren't seeing any results time to find a new HONEST INJECTOR! Why?? Because the professional injector is mixing it to make a s#!÷ ton of $$$. I know Botox!! I have used this product since 2006. 1st~ find a Professional Injector w/ an impeccable reputation!! 2nd~ask ?'s. 3rd~ A PT returns within a week of injections & if you're not seeing what INJECTOR ensured, typically a common practice is to get more injections=GRATIS! THIS is by far the best 1 I've read on botox, how it's reconstituted & the outcome!! I heard someone say they had gone to a botox party & had horrible results! If you're not checking the INJECTOR & or the PHYSCIAN that'll be treating you it's not a smart move & honestly somewhat stupid. I've been there & done that so don't take offense. I understand. The 1 thing I've learned in my life is not trusting anyone unless it's a contractual agreement, signed & they're TRULY looking out for your best interests opposed to their own. This is my opinion of About Face & I'm sure this owner nailed me for $1000's. I have been going to About Face for over 8 years now, so of course I am happy to give them 5 stars and a great review. I have had several treatments and procedures done with Ericka, who is also the owner. Ericka is beyond knowledgeable in all areas of skin care and anti-aging. She is incredibly THOROUGH and will always give me her honest opinion on what I need and most importantly, what I don't. I do not see myself ever allowing anyone else besides Ericka and her staff to touch my face or my lips. I consider myself more on the conservative side with filler and botox and while I want to get my money's worth, I never want to appear over injected. Ericka and the AF team have a great balance and understanding of knowing what is best, for each individual client. The office is clean, nicely organized and accommodating. On average, I spend between $1500-2000.00 per visit for filler and botox (every 3-6 months, depending on how often I need touchups) and I leave their office feeling more educated on the process, the procedure and new, innovative products on the market. Lastly, I leave my appointment feeling confident that my skin, my requests, my needs and my health are at the forefront of the provider and the treatment. Disappointed. Appointment was schedule several weeks in advance. Arrived 15 minutes early for appointment. After 20 minutes AFTER my appointment time (and several walks about the reception room), receptionist finally came out to say the previous appointment was running late, (Stating the obvious) and was not sure when it would finish. After searching around for local offices that offer fillers, I stumbled across AboutFace. I called and scheduled a consultation for my lips. From the phone call, to the consultation, to the actual injection, everything was exceptional. Ericka made this a very stress free procedure for me. I was extremely nervous that my lips wouldn't look natural, but the end result were just the opposite- natural and just the plump I needed! Ericka explained everything before numbing and injecting. I felt minimal pain, as Ericka had explained it would be tiny pinches. Healing was normal, I had slight bruises, but the swelling went down after a day, and after 3 days my lips were perfect! I am so happy with the results and how welcoming the whole staff at AboutFace is! I referred a friend and she was just as pleased as I am. Terrible customer service! My experience w coolsculpting was very similar to kim m's. i got no result, was told that i could not see my pictures and told more than once by the office manager that i should "just get a surgical neck lift". I never even asked for refund; simply to see ericka again for another coolsculpt treatment or for a different option to treat the area. I was given such a runaround and made to feel that I was inconveniencing them by calling to ask to be seen again due to lack of result. I, like Susan G., was a customer for many years. During that time, i bought all the products and tried all sorts of treatments as suggested. This business has grown to an extent that there are so many people working but it is more difficult than ever to speak w or make an appt w ericka due to her hours of availability. I am finished w about face, will write about the miserable way i was treated (when i did not receive a result for treatment that was very expensive) on social media and i am taking the considerable group of friends with me to a medi spa that stands by their work. On the about face homepage, it says that you "believe in "treating you as an individual". Doesn't that include being available to communicate w a long time (or any) customer who, after following the "custom treatment plan" as outlined did not get desired outcome and spent quite a bit on it? read more

Buyer Beware. After being a patron of Ericka for two years, following suggestions and increasingly purchasing treatments --and understanding that the expected results would be a product of treatment and re-treatment with Botox -- I was surprised when the result of my last treatment (at a hefty $500) seemed way off the mark. I experienced facial movement almost immediately and it just continued to devolve. When I brought it to Ericka, she intimated that my expectations were perhaps too high despite the fact that, it being MY face that I look at everyday--I knew that this last treatment had NOT approached a reasonable expectation of immobilizing the between the brow frown lines for any expected period of time. Instead of supposing that perhaps her application was maybe not have been as precise as it could have been that day and to re-treat for an acceptable result, I was made to feel that suddenly I was some sort of continuously dissatisfied customer and that they decided to "sever" their relationship with me. As far as I am concerned, that was an unprofessional and unkind way to handle a complaint from a longtime client--instead of considering what might have been a less that satisfactory outcome from the practitioner side of things and why that might be so, I was simply dismissed and made to feel like some kind of crank. So at this point I feel ripped off of both my money and my dignity as an intelligent participant in this business relationship (now "severed" !!) I recommend that you find a practitioner that can reasonably work through issues with the product and the application without getting defensive and dismissive. read more

Very nice people but when you spend almost 4,000 in cool sculpting with no results and you were told it would work and you can't get all of your money back for something that didn't work, it's very unsettling. Wouldn't ever listen to someone again and I learned my lesson. It only works if you do multiple times so save your money. I was also informed that it didn't work on somebody else and they actually got all their money back I didn't. read more
