They're Crooks! I paid a deposit of $2000 to schedule a surgery and their written policy says if cancelled 14 days prior I will get $1000 of my deposit back. I got cold feet after reading some of the reviews from former patients in the "81 other reviews that are not currently recommended" on Yelp. These reviews are at the bottom of the Yelp reviews on the first page. I cancelled 15 days prior to surgery date but Dan the Business Office manager send me an email telling me I will lose my entire $2000 because in their quote they gave me a discount.
