Every time I shop here, my fridge gets happier and my digestive system gets... challenged. The staff knows their stuff and will happily recommend something that tastes amazing and quietly sets a timer for tomorrow morning. No judgment, no pressure--just solid advice and the subtle confidence of people who understand how beer and the human body work together (or against each other). The store is clean, well organized, and dangerous in the sense that you'll buy more than planned and then deal with the downstream effects like an adult. If you're near Malvern and love great beer--and accept the risks that come with it--this place is essential. Come for the beer. Stay hydrated. Plan accordingly.

I held back in my original review and was…read moregenerous and gave these guys a 4* but with comments highlighting my concerns about the lack of masks both among the employees and from entering customers. I went in again a 2nd time and visited a 3rd time just in the past few days. The employees STILL do not wear masks. There is a sign on the door that firmly demands that anyone entering the store must wear a mask but the staff do not abide by their own rules. They have a glass shield at the counter so I guess that's one effort they have made to try and stop the virus spread. However, when cases are rising all over the US on a daily basis, employees should at least cover their nose and mouth to give more comfort to customers who are wearing masks to protect them from our germs. So I have downgraded my generous 4* to a realistic 1* due to the lack of masks worn by staff. I support local businesses and if this business will begin to take mask wearing and people's health safety into more consideration, then I will consider revising my nasty review and potentially moving their rating back up to a more generous level. But only if I know that these guys are finally taking this thing seriously. My review from May 2020 below: So, they have a sign that says you need to wear a mask but the employee is walking around without a mask. As I'm grabbing a case of beer I see a customer coming in with no mask. Then another customer enters and he ALSO isn't wearing a mask. So now I'm the only idiot in the store with a mask on.
