Our family has had a great experience over the past 10 years with this business. We've purchased a…read more4-wheeler and two dirt bikes, and every time the customer service has been outstanding. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to answer questions and make sure we're comfortable with our purchases. Also, the service department is always easy to deal with--Kevin in particular is great whenever I call to schedule maintenance on the bikes. Really appreciate the smooth experience! We appreciate the consistency and support over the years and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.

I had a terrible experience at Quad Experts in Cheney, Ontario. I came in to buy a Yamaha…read moreJetBlaster Pro, was told there was a financing deal available, and agreed to a credit check. After that, we spent 20-30 minutes going over pricing, but the salesman was completely incompetent with numbers and kept screwing up the supposed "mock-up" bill of sale while trying to show me different options. What really pissed me off is how misleading the whole thing was. I was led to believe we were still just discussing possibilities, then while I was distracted talking to my friend, I was pressured to put down a $500 deposit and sign papers I was never properly shown or explained. I stupidly signed without realizing I was apparently signing a bill of sale, and I was never even given a copy of what I signed. Days later, when I decided not to go through with the purchase, I was told they were keeping my $500. That is shady, deceptive, and a garbage way to treat customers. To make it worse, I later found out the salesman I dealt with is the owner's son, which honestly explains a lot about the attitude and lack of accountability. This place absolutely does not deserve your business, and I would strongly warn anyone to be extremely careful before signing anything there. Update: They reached out via email and just did not take any accountability, shifting the blame on the customer! Classic behaviour from this family, based on some other reviews. I included one of the reviews I found. Thanks for nothing Quad Expert and keeping my 500$ deposit.

Do not buy anything from these folks..Poor customer service, front counter staff ill-informed...I…read morewould certainly suggest trying an alternate place to purchase your goods... UPDATE 2....After receiving a note from Mr Wubs ( a company rep) , I indeed placed a number of return calls as he suggested...I Left 2 messages on different days and (it should be no surprise) that I have not received a response of any sort...Par for the course I suppose.. Again folks, just a little customer service here is all I ask, something as simple as a return phone call..THE QUESTION IS, would you spend $25k on a new sled or Seadoo only to find out that when you have an issue you have this sort disappointing customer communication/service...??? Its worth a second thought I assure you......Ill keep you posted UPDATE 3...After posting the update #2, He did call me back and after a 20 min he told me he would change his operational practice and ensure his people would communicate better etc...But I was still out of luck and he could not help me because it would set a precedent.... He did say that he would put a discount on my file so over time I maybe able to get my money back...YA I DON'T THINK SO.. BE CAREFUL POPLE... DO NOT BUY HERE

I brought my atv to get fixed due to a start and stop issue. I informed the garage that it was the…read moremagneto and flywheel that was the issue. They then suggested to do a diagnostic on the bike which I agreed to. They later came.back saying it was not the magneto or flywheel 100% as they tested it that it was piston and rods. They asked if I would agree to use 1 hour labour's to fix it, I agreed as I was expecting it to be the magneto which was a more expensive fix. Once the rods and pistons were adjusted the same issue was happening. They wanted another hour to test. Turns out they name a mistake a it was the magneto and flywheel which I originally asked to fix. Had them fix that issue. After that they charged me half an hour labor to look at the carburetor which was never adjusted because the fuel air isn't adjusted they also told me that they drained my brand new 2 day old battery dead that they had to recharge it and had to drain my week old oil to fix the issue and charged me for an oil change. When I got the phone call that it runs I was happy to go pick it up with a almost 900$ bill. As I arrive there the mechanic says the bike only starts by pulling the cord. So I ask them to take another 30 min to diagnose if it's the starter or the solenoid. He later tells me it's the starter. So as I'm loading up the vehicle, the mechanic is telling me that the carb was never adjusted because they never told him to look at it. When I bring the bike home I then order a starter and install it. Same issue, only starts by cord. So I order a solenoid. Same issue, only starts by cord. I return both parts and order new ones thinking they're defective. Install them both. Same issue, only starts with cord. I later have a mechanic friend test the wiring because I'm stumped. He said all the wiring is good., solenoid is good and the starter which was diagnosed is good. So he has the idea of disconnecting the starter from the flywheel and magneto casing which was worked on by the garage. And to our surprise the starter turns like it should. He then tells me that something in the flywheel casing is either installed wrong or is jammed which should have been checked by the mechanic when parts were Installed. A day after I call the garage to explain the situation and they said it has nothing to do with them, that it's an older bike so it parts break, seize or jam while working on it its not their responsibility. I ask him about the starter and he said they put power to it and it didn't move while it was installed. So I asked if they tested it uninstalled and they say no. They later tell me that too many hands have been touching the bike that if I want to get it fixed I'd have to bring it to them for another diagnostic and keep it there to get fixed. I explained how the bike started by ignition with no issues before bringing it to them and I had proof that I brought it and started it by ignition. His response is it's an old bike and he can't trust that it started by ignition when brought and had no proof that it stopped working while with them. They want me to leave it with them for further investigation and hours to fix it. I've heard many people after me coming out with my story that it has happened to then also. They brake pieces in order to jack up the bill.

By the way... Notice how they NEVER even took the time to reach out or do any kind of reputation…read moremanagement here? Not surprised.
