His "new" date plate stood out, but the rest of the detail had badly faded and discolored. BVM brought it back to life (see photos). They timely answered our questions; gave us notice when they had removed the marker to work on it; and provided notice and a photo when it was done and returned. Their service is reasonably priced and excellent. They also sell grave markers and because of the way they treated our family, I plan to use them in the future. Even thought I live in Boise, I will travel the short distance to Caldwell in order to get this quality of service. I highly recommend them.
