The purpose of the plaque was to hang it in a special place (one of his favorite hangouts) so friends and family have a special place to visit and remember him. Laurette at ABC signs made my vision become a reality and if anything they completely exceeded my expectations. They put together a beautiful design for the engraving, even better than I had initially imagined it would be. His "new" date plate stood out, but the rest of the detail had badly faded and discolored. BVM brought it back to life (see photos). They timely answered our questions; gave us notice when they had removed the marker to work on it; and provided notice and a photo when it was done and returned. Their service is reasonably priced and excellent. They also sell grave markers and because of the way they treated our family, I plan to use them in the future. Even thought I live in Boise, I will travel the short distance to Caldwell in order to get this quality of service. I highly recommend them.
