His "new" date plate stood out, but the rest of the detail had badly faded and discolored. BVM brought it back to life (see photos). They timely answered our questions; gave us notice when they had removed the marker to work on it; and provided notice and a photo when it was done and returned. Their service is reasonably priced and excellent. They also sell grave markers and because of the way they treated our family, I plan to use them in the future. Even thought I live in Boise, I will travel the short distance to Caldwell in order to get this quality of service. I highly recommend them.

We were eager to order a rock for our address as our address is difficult to see from the street and our guests often drive past our home. We ordered the rock online and received a rendering for approval the next day, exactly as expected. The customization and creation takes roughly 10 days. It's best to text communication once they contact you, but confirm pick up times prior to driving to the location for pick-up. We had a snafu with communication on pick-up, but they quickly made up for the miscommunication with free delivery and sincere apologies. The rock is absolutely gorgeous and I love that I can proudly display their beautiful work!
