This place has phenomenal burgers! We visited when they were at The Mill. I got the Pop'n Johnny (cream cheese, fried onions, bacon, jalapeño ranch) and fries. The burger has amazing flavor and the fries were cooked well. Prices were typical of a food truck and everyone who got a burger said it was good. Definitely recommend it.

Every time we're in Abilene, Rockin Rollerz is a must! The food is absolutely delicious -- hands down one of the best burgers I've ever had. Their fries are crispy and seasoned just right, and their milkshakes are the perfect treat to top off the meal. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is fun, welcoming, and laid-back, with excellent service!!! making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a great meal. We look forward to eating here every visit. Rockin Rollerz has a great menu and their portion sizes are huge. Even the old fashioned burger that I generally get is plenty. I usually give at least the last 1/4 to my son or husband. Everything else that I've seen my two guys order is even a larger portion than that. They also have hand mixed shakes. They are the best I've had. The staff are friendly and helpful and I love how the dining rooms are decorated. This restaurant is a must visit in Abilene. read more

Seriously, am I the last person in Abilene to review this great food truck? These guys have got it figured out. The Poppin Johnny might be the best hamburger in Abilene! Described for the umpteenth time, this jalapeño cream cheese fried onion burger is to die for. Even my father-in-law is hooked. More please! To be honest, I can't describe the other menu items cause I get the Poppin Johnny over and over. So, meet me at the Food Park when Rock'n Roller'z is there, and I promise to try something different. I got the red hot rooster. The chicken breast was so big it was hanging off the bun. The avocado was fresh and delicious along with all the vegetables. Will definitely be back!! Worth the money!! read more

I'm never going to order a hamburger from anywhere else besides this food truck. Oh.M.Gee. Best burger I've ever tasted!!!! We had the poppin Johnny and it is to DIE for. So delicious and tender. The cream cheese and friend onion strips on it just make it POP. I was full after one burger but could of definitely ate another one just because I didn't want it to end!!! Tried this food truck outside a draft house and all thumbs up! The cheese sticks are so good and a great combination between an eggroll with the wonton wrap and a cheese stick. I ordered the Rockn Rolla. It was awesome. Perfectly cooked and the fries were delicious too. Only downside is that it takes 10-15 minutes to get food, but it's freshly made for each customer, so can't really complain! read more

we were trying to decide what to eat and their post on fb popped in my feed, I've been wanting to try them for awhile. so glad they posted! they make the BEST burger in town, hands down!!! I ordered the Pop'n Johnny with the friend onion strings and roasted jalapeños on the side, it was so good! who knew cream cheese was so delish on a burger?!? I ended up putting the fried onion strings on the burger and it was even better. we also ordered the poutine, I was skeptical but curious, was another great decision, its super yummy. at first thought, it was a bit pricey but they include fries and tax into the burger price. We ordered two waffle cones, which were advertised as $3.75 each. However, when we got our total, it came out to $10.70. Confused, we asked about the discrepancy, and the staff casually said, "Oh, that's just tax." But after doing the math (8.25% combined state and city tax), that just didn't add up-it should've been $0.61 in tax, not nearly $3 more. We went back in to get clarification, only to be told that the cone prices had recently increased by $1 each. Even with that adjustment, the math still didn't work. It feels like they're just making up numbers and overcharging customers, which is incredibly frustrating. It's a shame because we're in town all week and had planned to come back nightly, but after this experience, we won't be returning at all. I hate to say it, but it feels like they're stealing money from people. Proceed with caution if you decide to stop by!

We were immediately greeted by the server and seated just as quickly. The place was pretty busy, as one would expect on a Saturday at 6 pm, so it was great to be seated right away. The table was already set with two water cups, two plates, two sets of silverware, and two napkins, so we didn't have to set the area ourselves. Our server came shortly after with a large glass bottle of water and took our drink orders. My girlfriend got a bottled Dr. Pepper while I stuck to water. I also noticed they serve plenty of wines as well as a good selection of craft beers. They have ten different specialty pizzas, and we settled on their most expensive: the Carnivore. I say most expensive, but it was $20 for a pizza that fed two. It took about 10-15 minutes before the pizza came out, which is impressively fast. All pizzas are about 12 inches and are sliced into sixes. If you're hungry, consider an appetizer or a dessert, but to us, it was a perfect size with plenty of meat. The crust is thin and crispy, as one would expect from a wood-fire pizza. It was really excellent. For dessert, my girlfriend and I ordered their Saturday Morning Cartoons, which is a panna cotta with Fruity Pebbles that I enjoyed but she adored (I let her eat most of it). All in all, the meal was around $30 plus the tip I added. We were in and out in under 40 minutes, which was quite impressive for a sit-down pizza restaurant. I highly recommend this to anyone living in or visiting Abilene. P.S. My girlfriend wanted my Yelp review to note that their women's bathroom has hair ties, bobby pins, a Tide pen, and other items that you never know you'll need until you do, which gives Vagabond extra brownie points for going above and beyond.
