Wow. I was pleasantly blown away by their food...it's in the strip mall by Smiths and Handel's and I've passed by this spot many times and yet gad never really checked it out. I got their Cajun pasta plus their Cajun sweet wings. And OH MY GOSH. I was blown away!!!!! Any of these seafood boils really comes down to flavor of the sauce so I am really looking forward to trying out their shrimp and other seafoods in that same sauce. The Cajun pasta - 5/5 Cajun sweet wings - 5/5 Definitely will be coming back.

Ordered here for take out a few times and it's always been good! This time we ordered the Seafood & Wings Combo but sadly there was a missing item and I don't realize until we were home. The combo is $99 and should include 3lb of seafood, 18 wings, sides of corn, potato, egg, sausage, and a large white rice. Unfortunately the rice was left out. Hopefully this was just an unfortunate accident! Don't forget to double check your orders before leaving.

Food was great, it was very juicy/saucy! We got the medium spice level and it was perfect. Service was nice and fast! Didn't wait a long time for both our orders. We got the rockin crab and it was yummy and filling. Loved the music and the overall vibe of the place. They offer free good water! This place is worth checking out!

If you're looking to get some seafood boil in the South West part of Las Vegas then this is your place. I've seen this place driving by and realized this is the closest Seafood boil to my house so I decided to try it. And to my surprise, they had some really good seafood boil. We had 4 people, and went with the Combo 3, an additional 1 lb of crawfish and 4 rices. Personally, I felt like it was an adequate enough to leave fulfilled but I for sure think an additional 1 or 2 lbs would be just the right amount. Flavor wise we got medium and then got fire on the side. The medium is a good standard but the fire is what really brought all the flavors together. There was some type of sweetness in it, but for my tolerance, it wasn't completely spicy which is fine. The service is pretty simple since you order at the counter and sit wherever you like. They'll bring the food to you and can also assist you with any additional needs you may require. The decor is simple with a partial wharf feeling. We were the only people in the place so it was pretty quiet so I don't know how it would be when it's busy. Overall, I really like this place and as far as recommendations, I'd say come here based on their weekly special. They also have lunch specials and do to-go orders which I noticed a lot of people were doing while we were there. They don't serve beer, but they do serve macaroons which can be really great after a hearty meal.

We ordered take out and the lunch prices were unbelievable. I figured it would be small portions but they were generous with the portions. I did a shrimp meal and I was given a good amount of shrimp, a huge potato, corn and rice. The sauce was soooooo good. I can't wait to actually dine in so that I can try some other items. It is also worth noting that you can order online for delivery or pickup. If you are doing pickup for multiple people, they like for you to bring the physical card with you.

So we were here visiting from the Midwest and I had to write a review for this establishment. I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant! The manager was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Our food arrived so quickly that we almost felt like they had read our minds. The manager was extremely attentive to our needs and went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant experience, which was much appreciated. I would have given it 5 stars, but the corn was overcooked, and there wasn't a crab bucket for our crab legs and our peeled shrimp. However, when we asked for a crab bucket, the manager promptly got us one and even lined it with a plastic bag, which worked out perfectly. I suggested they offer these with the seafood boils to make things neater and easier for guests, and the manager seemed receptive to the idea. Thank you for Rockin Crab. Almost forgot those cajun wings are very delicious, you have to try them. The dry rub wings were good too but I love spicey wings so cajun wings for he win!

We ordered and shared Rockin combo with 1/2 pound snow crab and 1/2 pound shrimp. Staff were very friendly; they patiently walked us through the menu. Food was well cooked and seasoned. I wish there was more sauce for dipping the items. Aside from that, it was just the right amount of food for the two of us. We got medium spicy, which was good enough for me. My husband wished it would have been spicier. As a note, the cashier mentioned that we could get it spicier if needed but found out after the fact that it would be $3 more because they would give you a side of sauce. That would have been nice to know upfront, but other than that, the service was great. The snow crab was a bit of work, so not sure I could get that again. The shrimp was not too difficult to manage (even with head on). I also appreciated that they gave us gloves and bibs. Great for keeping our hands clean. This is a great casual spot! I would come here again.

Would go back in a heart beat. Food was amazing, the service was great! We tried this place out for my MIL's birthday because she wants to have seafood boil. Rockin Crab did not disappoint, it delivered on the flavor! They were also very sweet to have given my MIL a brownie with a candle so we can sing her happy birthday. Next time someone craves seafood boil again, this would be at the top of our list

So happy there's now a seafood boil place in my side town! I typically get crawfish, but they don't have that here, so I got the shrimp in a bag lunch special. I also tried the Rockin shrimp plate and wings during lunch, and those were good and perfectly portioned. Their wings had perfect crunch and flavor. Food was delicious, service was great, place was clean. Always a bonus when there's a place to wash your hands outside of the restroom. Prices are also reasonable.

Cajun shrimp pasta & mild shrimp with house sauce
Kimmy A.

I don't have more pictures unfortunately, but on top of the pound of shrimp, we got a pound of king crab, and shrimp cajun pasta. Rockin' Crab has taken my top spot for seafood boil. The flavor of their house sauce is so well seasoned with all the familiar cajun flavors with a little added sweetness. We opted for mild since it was our first time here but next time, I'll probably go for medium. Mild had a nice little kick but I could definitely handle more spice. Everything was still hot and fresh after picking it up and taking it home to eat (about a 25 min drive).

Restaurant set up

This place is so cute, I love it here. They have all types of seafood here, even a plate for an entire party. This is so good. The service was amazing. Lady in the front kept it short and simple and with NO disrespect which is hard to do. I love rockin crab

My husband and I each ordered a pound of shrimp each but in different preparations. I ordered mine in garlic with 2 corn and one potato with the shrimp peeled without the head. I love my shrimp with the peel and head but I wasn't feeling well and wanted to make the meal easy to eat so I sacrificed a little in the flavor department for convenience. When I opened the bag I was surprised that the potato was huge. I've never had a huge russet potato used in preparation before. I thought I wasn't going to like it but it was actually pretty good. And it was equivalent to at least 3 or 4 potatoes that you usually get in these type of bags. The shrimp , corn , and potatoes were delicious in the super garlicky butter sauce. I dripped a little on my clothes that are ruined forever and I didn't even care because I was enjoying my meal. Oil never washes out so be careful. My husband ordered his shrimp with shell and head in with lemon pepper sauce and two corn and three potatoes. He had a lot of potato! Lol. His was good but not at all what we were expecting. We originally planned to share both styles but his was so spicy that I couldn't eat any of his. We were expecting lemon pepper like the spice we get at the super market or the rub we get on wings. What he got looked like shrimp in molten lava. It was pepper as in super spicy chili pepper sauce with lemon slices. It had a nice flavor but since I ordered it mild I couldn't understand how spicy it came. The shrimp also came peeled with out the heads. Luckily my husband is better with spice than I am. He was able to eat most of it but would have enjoyed it more if it had been milder and had the heads as he ordered it. I can still recommend this restaurant as the flavors are very good and if we had eaten in the restaurant instead of having it delivered then they probably would have remade my husbands meal the way he ordered it for him and I would have been able to give them five stars. Unfortunately as it is I took off a star for missing two order notes. They did a great job packing up for Togo food. They even give you gloves and bibs.

And you can't spare to separate the food in separate containers! There was absolutely ZERO Marsala sauce for my veal and those CANNED mushrooms. All because the noodles soaked up whatever sauce there was. The veal was disgusting, threw it away. The cioppino or however you spell it had a frozen medley of seafood. Rubbery calamari rings, a couple tiny clams and a broth that was flavorless. The bread was the only good part of this meal for 2 Super disappointing!
