I gave Boroff a call because they were close by I hadn't heard of them before. They were already busy going to Grand Rapids to grab a furnace for someone else to replace that evening. I tried explaining what I'd checked already and told them where I lived and the guy who I was speaking with decided he could swing by my house to check some stuff to try to help me out so I could tell someone else what exactly I needed. The guy showed up and spent about 20-30 minutes with me going over stuff explaining some things I didn't know and figured out the issue. Then he left to continue his late busy Sunday evening didn't ask for any money or anything. (I tipped) I know for a fact if I ever need anything for my furnace or AC I'll call them first again. not many good people like that around or companies would do that for a total stranger when they have so much going already.
