I've had a membership here for quite a few months and I love it! Best car wash I've found in Rome so far wash wise. Also, they are very good about keeping towels and spray stocked. Today, I accidentally vacuumed up 2 of my rings, one of which has a lot of sentimental value. One of the workers, Manny, helped right away. He took down my contact info and went to check the vacuums and said it might take a bit for them to show up, but he would check at closing. Was Looking to signup for a plan. Went to the location, individual not very helpful at all. I want information about the family plan multiple vehicles. He just wanted to keep pushing to get me signed up. Kept saying here's a $2.50 plan to start you out, I am not worried about the cost. I want to know what the best plan is to meet my need. Have been trying for weeks to cancel our monthly subscription. They don't answer their phones, email or even support ?s via their website form to cancel the monthly plan. We moved about 2 hours away and my choices are take a long drive or cancel my debit card. I highly do not recommend. read more

Website advertises one dollar for first month membership I was overcharged. I went to the business to get help. I was told by the employee it was not his job. Seems the website needs to be updated and employees. Need some help with customer service skills. Rude employees and car wash did not even get the bird poo off my car I will not be back.

We decided to try rocket wash today and WOW we were all impressed. The car, neglected for a couple weeks due to a water leak at home, came as much cleaner than expected from others in town... cough cough Dan... the price is just like all the others but the wash itself 10 times better! Signed up for a trial month and it says you can cancel anytime in manage account section. When I go to manage account there is no way to cancel. I've been through the site many times. It doesn't even give you a number to call. This is an auto renewal account of course. Just bad business practices. read more
