For those of you reading the other reviews about it being hot in the summer because of no AC, THERE IS NOW AC! The reception hall and all the back rooms are fully air conditioned! First, this is not an all-inclusive venue. Many items are charged separately, including linens, use of the TV, AV equipment, and even certain rooms like the back room. These additional costs can add up quickly, so I recommend asking for a full breakdown of fees in advance. I also want to mention the policy regarding security officers. When I booked, I was told the officer requirement would be at the manager's discretion. I communicated multiple times that my event would end by 6 PM. However, I was still required to pay for an officer through 10 PM, even though the event ended much earlier. While I understand policies are in place, this was unexpected and felt unfair based on prior communication. One policy to be aware of is that open flames are not allowed. I was able to adjust without issue, but it's something to plan for ahead of time. Overall, the space itself is nice, but I strongly recommend getting clear, written confirmation of all fees, policies, and requirements before booking to avoid surprises.

The beautifully spaced outdoor area for dranks and apps. And inside, a private area upstairs where the bride and her court can prepare for the event. Plenty of room for the bar area (fridge is provided) as well as for a buffet dining style. And the overall lighting (since it's an evening event) was perfect. And the good thing about the venue change?! Those who saw the first place didn't like it to begin with, saying this place was waaaaaaaayyy better. TIP: This venue only provides the venue. JUST THE VENUE, nothing more. You'll be responsible for decor, food, drinks, needed staff (i.e., bartenders, servers, cleaning crew, etc...) Just heads up!
