The pre-workout tour and prep session were very informative. They did a great job of explaining everything to help any first timer. The radio -clean music had me pumped too! The instructors were very encouraging and the fellow classmates were too. The workout area and bathrooms were clean and smelled fresh - all things I look for in a well maintained gym. I was going to be in Memphis over the Christmas holidays and sent an email. Received a response from Brooke the same day encouraging me to drop in. Wanted to ensure that I created the proper approach, so I asked about the cost to attend a few drop-in classes while in town. She provided information on Bot's Boxing which operates from the same building at Memphis Judo. Brooke was very welcoming and instead of payment, asked for a review of their facility, instructors and the environment.
