I was a little hesitant at first because we've always had friends to take care of them when out of town. However, I felt comfortable right away once I met Rick and discussed his services. He came to our house and got along with the dogs great, even Shiloh who is very skittish around people, especially men. The thing I love most is that Rick not only takes great care, but he sends pictures when he comes and lets us know what is going on. As promised, he came 4 times per day, but he greatly exceeded our expectations as he often stayed for an hour or more (vs. the 15 minutes discussed). When we got home, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that he had cleaned up our house to make sure he or the dogs didn't leave a mess and he washed the dogs too. My wife and I were blown away by that. I would definitely recommend Wag-A-Little to anyone and will not hesitate to use them again. They really show that they care not only for the animals but also care about the owners and their wishes as well. They keep you informed and ask before doing anything not discussed. They're awesome!
