We've worked with Beaver Brook over several years for the care of our fur-kids. Love the caring team, Dr Atlas and all they do.

They had incredible patience and understanding, but they were also assertive in getting things done. Our cat loved her experience at Evergreen Cat Lodge. She is normally a fussier older cat, but every time we watched her in the webcam she looked so happy. It was such a nice touch from the staff to provide us a webcam link so we could always check in on our girl while we were away for vacation. Our cat had an accident at one point. The staff at Evergreen Cat Lodge handled it professionally and with total assertion. This is a no-nonsense operation. Your cat couldn't be in better hands. I was able to relax throughout my entire vacation knowing my cat was getting the best attention. I highly recommend these kind folks. I'll be using their services every time I'm out of town now.

We reached out to the Evergreen Cat Lodge when we were in a need of a place to board our precious kitty during our wedding. At the time our kitty had undergone unexpected surgery and was on strict ground rest. The Evergeen Cat Lodge was amazing and came up with a solution to provide our little guy excellent care while facilitating his special needs. We are extremely thankful for the Evergreen Cat Lodge and for the help and care they provided during this difficult time. We boarded both of our cats again over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. The staff is kind and caring and works so hard to meet your cat's special needs. The facilities are one of a kind and very clean. I love being able to check in on them through the web cameras! I can't recommend the Evergreen Cat Lodge enough! When our babies are there we know they are in great hands!

I've never had to wait, and they have never over priced me for a service. They always give me the estimate beforehand and then ask if it is ok to start tests or treatments. We've had multiple dogs neutered/spayed, and have never had an issue. Most of all, they have always been very responsive. I have called on several occasions and ask them to fax over records to boarding kennels or other vets and they have always done it. I've never had to call back and check to make sure they've been faxed. I am not sure why the rankings are low, but if you look on google you will see excellent rankings! Thank you so much!

Read Yelp reviews!…read more Initially I brought my 11 yr old dog, Hank in after he had cut his nail pretty badly on the stairs walking out if a camping trailer. This place had great google reviews and was open on weekends/holidays. We were at this vet for more than 6 hours because he would not respond to the drugs they were giving him to sedate him so they could look at his broken nail. Finally, they did something that allowed him to calm and clean/bandage it. (I'm not sure what they did because I was asked to stay in the lobby.) The staff were friendly and because I was there for some long, they asked if I wanted to sit in lobby on a couch instead of a room for more comfort. They sent Hank home with meds and some sedatives for me to give him for nail trims because he hates having his nails cut. I received no other information about Hank's demeanor/any fears the clinicians had about his behavior, etc. Fast forward a few months later when I returned to this vet for a booked appointment/annual exam, I had the earliest appointment I could get. We live about 25 min from this clinic. 15 min prior to my appointment time, someone from the vet hospital called and said I needed to give Hank some of the sedatives he had received because he was "an aggressive dog". They also said I needed to bring him in in a muzzle. I asked if I could just borrow one of their muzzles but they wanted it on him from the time he entered. (Now, I have lived in 8 different states with Hank where I established care with a vet in every state, I was a vet tech for 3 years, Hank used to go into nursing homes to help calm people, he is best friends with my 2 yr old child, and Hank has been by by side for 11 years and never once has any vet told me they thought Hank was aggressive. A vet has put a muzzle on him during nail trims before, which I'm completely fine with.) I pointed out to the person on the phone that even if I was on board to sedate my dog for a routine vet visit, the meds take 1-2 hours to take effect, so they should have called me the day/evening prior, not 15 min before the visit starts while I'm driving there. I also inquired as to why my guy got labeled as aggressive because prior to visiting them for his nail issue, none of his previous encounters with veterinarians have required any sedation or extra precautions (except aforementioned muzzle/nail trims). He interacts with people and animals every day with 0 issues. They just said he was difficult to handle and showed aggression toward the clinicians during his last appointment. I can't help but wonder what happened to him behind the vet doors at his 1st visit to the vet hospital that gave them that impression of him. I cancelled my visit and will never return to this clinic. We have since established care at a vet who understands basic dog behavior and they laughed when I told them Hank's "aggressive" EAH story.

Avoid- worst of all worlds:…read more all of the questionably necessary upselling of a corporate office with all of the ineptitude/lack of resources of a small town practice. I have never been talked at more by a vet in a standard visit- 30 minutes of upselling at least. Then minimal follow up or support once your bill is processed.

Our first visit seemed optimistically good. We saw Dr. Brian Gleaves who was helpful and seemed…read morecompetent. Unfortunately, the second time we brought our pets, we met Dr. Kevin Inman, who is driven by greed to the point of stupidity. I will spell it out for Dr. Inman and anyone else who is interested: Sympathetic magic was proven false in the 1400s. Grinding up a dried animal organ and putting it into a pill form does not make it "medicine" nor is it a safe "supplement". For example: If your animal has kidney disease, "treating" them with a "supplement" that consists of ground up kidneys WILL NOT IMPROVE THEIR MEDICAL CONDITION!!! If it was that easy, then eating ground up kidneys would be the human treatment for kidney disease. These types of supplements are based on ignorance, superstition, and sympathetic magic, which is a fallacy that was proven wrong in the DARK AGES. This is not medicine, it is utter NONSENSE. Thankfully, this is the 21st century, so your customers are now capable of looking up your "supplements" company and investigating the ingredients in these placebos that you are peddling. Again, I can't stress this enough: If your pet has a brain-related illness, you cannot make them well simply by grinding up a dried brain and force feeding it to them as a "supplement". It's ridiculous. To other customers of this vet clinic who are technically minded: Do Your Research before buying anything from these people. To those who are not comfortable doing the research yourselves: Call a different vet and ask their opinion before buying anything from these people. In short: the "supplements" they are peddling are a SCAM and in some cases they might do more harm than good. To top it all off, after I took my pets elsewhere, I had to contact this office several times by email and phone in order to get my animals' records sent to a new clinic. I found that one of my animals had lab tests indicating kidney failure, but neither Dr. Gleaves nor Dr. Inman even bothered to tell me about it! Shameful.

I decided to wait until after our trip to look for a new rescue; however, a friend in Texas asked if I would please take a stray that her grand kids had found there. They couldn't keep him, they were unable to find anyone else to take him and they didn't want to drop him off at a rescue shelter there. Hence, I ended up with an untrained but loveable stray named Buddy. Due to the short amount of time before our trip, I looked for a place to teach him some manners. Based on a recommendation from another company and the glowing reviews on the web, I dropped him off at Dog Dynamix for 3 weeks of board and train for $3,495. Pricey, but I was glad they would be able to complete his training before we left for Montana. Imagine my surprise when Buddy came back to me unable to do anything that he hadn't been doing when I dropped him off. He could do a little heeling for very brief periods provided there were zero distractions. Same with 'sit'. Didn't know 'stay' or 'down'. No basic obedience behavior whatsoever. What I got for my $3,495 was 1 pet cot, 1 slip leash, 1 remote collar set and 4 cans of dog food (not a part of his regular diet). I did not get a dog that exhibited any training. Fortunately, he's still very loveable. I would not recommend Dog Dynamix for anything other than possibly boarding.
