While I ultimately decided not to move forward with this service, I still wanted to leave a review…read morebecause the experience itself was genuinely positive. From the very first interaction, the communication was clear, candid, and incredibly helpful. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, follow-up was prompt, and there was zero pressure at any point. I really appreciated the honesty and transparency throughout the process. Even without formally using the service, the level of professionalism and customer care stood out to me. Based on that alone, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for someone knowledgeable, responsive, and straightforward.

If you're buying a home and want someone who is honest, meticulous, and professional, Justin is your guy. Highly recommend!

We wish we had him for our first inspection when we were buying the house. His price was very reasonable; especially after getting some outrageously expensive quotes and some questionably low "11 month quotes" from other inspectors only to find out that they don't have to abide by the same new home purchase inspection standards set by the TREC. We were given a long report with pictures and recommendations which we submitted to our builder for warranty repair. Paul cut no corners and we plan on referring him to our neighbors who needs the first inspection and/or their 11 month.

Our experience with Green Scene Home Inspections was extremely concerning. The company's owner came…read moreto our home after a major appliance listed in their report was called into question. During that visit, he made unprompted remarks about my personal life that had nothing to do with the inspection. When I told him that his behavior felt intimidating, he responded that he had researched me on the "deep dark web." We then asked that our interactions remain strictly professional and limited to inspection-related matters, but he declined to agree to that boundary. The encounter left us feeling unsafe and deeply uncomfortable. We have since filed a formal complaint with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) regarding this incident. It is our personal recommendation to stay very far from this company. Homeowners deserve respect, professionalism, and basic privacy when inviting someone into their home.
