I couldn't have been more impressed by Tommy and his small crew (under his watchful guidance). They really made me feel like my car was in good hands and I didn't have to be concerned the job would be done right the first time with expertise and qualified knowledge. Tommy was patient and answered my concerns even explaining products that even though are superior would not work for my particular driving style. His mother is as sweet a person as I have ever met and was also the receptionist. I thought she was his wife but when we had a nice conversation as I waited on my oil and transmission fluid change she told me he was her son! Tommy, you better keep an eye on her or someone is going to snatch her up LOL! Anyway he promotes Amsoil which is one of the reasons I came in because my older brother was a mechanic and he loved Amsoil and used it in all of his cars. I can say my car is quieter and the MPGs are better after the oil change. I only use the top shelf Amsoil product...called "Premier" which is good for 25K miles between oil changes and has the best engine protective additive package you will ever find. Don't take my word for it just get a Blackstone oil analysis done and you will see reality for yourself. His prices were great too. Now that I have a mechanic I can relax knowing that my car will give me long service for many years to come. Just remember to do all your scheduled maintenance and you can protect one of your biggest investments rather than letting it fall apart and having to pump several $1000 into a new vehicle. I drive 30 miles JUST to see Tommy and the crew and hope his business stays in the black. Thanks Tommy for all you do! Took it to Tommy and after inspection he found a Shasta can crumpled up against it that I had run over which was rubbing on the wheel LOL! He didn't even allow me to pay him for removing it. Tommy just came through for us again. My son Eric was driving the old Tahoe and started noticing a coolant leak. He diagnosed it as a water pump and we gave Eric the number for Quantum. Tommy took it in, diagnosed it as a shot water pump and gave me a quote with options for replacing with an original Chevy part or a less expensive aftermarket that he knew to be reliable. Frankly, the quote was hundreds less than I expected. I am a fairly decent mechanic and would gladly pay his quoted price. He got the work done the day he was able to diagnose the problem. On time, exactly as quoted and functioning perfectly. I have recommended Quantum to friends for a decade and they all agree that you get honest work done right at a fair price. Just had my old Corvette exhaust done from header to chrome tips. These guys are great!…read more They formed everything custom, fixed a problem from the prior owner. Everything is properly routed, the tips drop down about an inch to look like OEM and the recommended magnaflows have a great sound. When they finished up the work they called me out to inspect before lowering the car which was really appreciated.

In my whole 30 years of living I never got a oil change that cost that much when I asked why she said they put whatever the special oil is in there that I absolutely NEVER asked for and never would. She then tells the guy to drain the oil and put in the regular oil then tells me the price is 130 which again I never in my life had a oil change that expensive so she THEN explains to me that over the last few months there's been an increase in prices , why would you tell me that after I got the oil in my car? If I knew that I would of happily taken the extra drive to somewhere else. I should have listened to the reviews but I didn't . Also not to mention on the receipt there's a part that reads that I was given a verbal acknowledgment that the prices have increased, and I was supposed to sign it I think, but I never signed it because I was never told about the increase until after the service was done. Luckily i had a 26$ coupon shocked they even used it since they were trying to take my money since the second I got there. Will never be coming back.
