The clutch and rear seal were allegedly repaired and I paid $1,000 for it. I ran out of money to do my hydraulic pump when I become unemployed. My tractor was left in their possession until I regained employment. I was unable to secure funds for repairing the original complaint of the three-point hitch failure - hydraulics. I was in contact with Wayne and John during the year they had possession of it. Neither gentlemen informed my of ANY storage fees. When I asked for the return of my tractor, Walter no longer responded to my texts. I called John, who said there was a lien on my tractor. I was given NO notice to pick up my tractor, and all charges for work done had been paid in full. When I called and asked John about getting my property back, John claimed there was a lien on it. Remember I owed no money. John, during the same phone conversation said my tractor was still in pieces. How could my tractor in pieces if the equipment was tested post repair? Neither John or Walter returned my texts or calls. I suspect they sold/parted-out MY tractor without my compensation or approval. I am pursuing THEFT and FRAUD CHARGES against Circle C Tractor. After doing a lot of refresh research about diesel engines, I learned/was reminded the CP4 fuel pump is crap! As I had my fuel filters replaced and some engine bright work done, David contacted me and said he had found metal shavings & glitter in one of my fuel filters. I authorized them to swap out the old with the new, S & S Diesel, DCR Fuel Pump. Boom! Installed without incident by Cody & that pump is bad to the bone! You really notice the difference between stock & aftermarket!! Do not wait! Get that thing swapped out, like I did, prior to failure! I got a good, fair, honest price on the work performed and that has always been my experience. Cody & David are out of this world with their craft! All they work on are Ford, diesels!!
