David is a 7.3 guru. I brought my truck down for diagnostics and he not only pinpointed the problem, he walked me through the parts list and repair. If the part price to labor ratio was a bit closer on this particular job, I would have left my truck with them. Me doing it myself isn't because Dynamic Diesel shouldn't have my business. I've been going to Dynamic Diesel for my 2013, Ford, f250, 6.7 for several years off & on. I'd have my oil changed at my local Ford dealership, fuel filter, no biggy. After doing a lot of refresh research about diesel engines, I learned/was reminded the CP4 fuel pump is crap! As I had my fuel filters replaced and some engine bright work done, David contacted me and said he had found metal shavings & glitter in one of my fuel filters. I authorized them to swap out the old with the new, S & S Diesel, DCR Fuel Pump. Boom! Installed without incident by Cody & that pump is bad to the bone! You really notice the difference between stock & aftermarket!! Do not wait! Get that thing swapped out, like I did, prior to failure! I got a good, fair, honest price on the work performed and that has always been my experience. Cody & David are out of this world with their craft! All they work on are Ford, diesels!! Dynamic Diesel was recommended to me by the owner of an alignment shop in Redlands (Pruitts Precision Alignment)... So I made an appointment and took my 2002 F-250 Power stroke (7.3) in for an oil leak and to upgrade the trans cooler plus a service... The place is clean, and the people (all family) are very nice, professional, and enthusiastic... I definitely felt that my truck was in good hands as I left the place... bottom line, they did the work, new upgraded trans cooler, fixed the oil leak that turned out to be a simple fuel leak, ( honesty ) changed the oil, the coolant, the drive belt and the brake pads... also repaired a freon leak in the ac... This was all done a few months ago ( took me that long to do this review ) and of coarse my truck just runs better, stops better, and the ac cools better... and no leaks... So, yes I do recommend this place for your Power Stroke Diesel...I haven't towed my approximately 9k# boat to see how the trans cooler does up a long steep grade in the hot summer yet, to see if the new bigger trans cooler helps. Cody at Dynamic Diesel is awesome! My wife and I were on our way to the river when we went up the hill into Yucaipa. When I lost boost, the wrench light came on and the truck went into limp mode. I called Dynamic Diesel and spoke with Cody. He had me try a few things, but everything looked good. I asked if I could stop by the shop to have him take a look, and he said yes. On my way to the shop, the wrench light went off, and I got a boost. When I got to the shop, he immediately checked my truck. He did a once-over, and everything looked good. My 1999 Ford F350 with the 7.3 engine developed a fuel leak. The leak was on the back side of the fuel filter housing. I called Dynamic Diesel and talked to Cody. He said to bring it in so he could diagnose where the leak was coming from. Upon arriving at the location Cody looked at it and advised it was leaking from the water/fuel separator. He had the part in stock and gave me an estimate on how much it would cost. Less than two hours later I received a call from Danielle advising the Truck was ready and the total amount due. When I picked up the truck she told me that Cody had topped off the power steering fluid as well as the anti freeze. The final cost was at the bottom end of the estimate. I had bought my truck used, so really didn't know how bad it was worn out until they had a chance to inspect it. Unreliable. Spoke with Dave on April 27th 2021 and scheduled a head gasket job on my F250. He said they were a month out. I said sure no prob, so he put me on the board and said he would call as soon as they were available to have me bring in my truck. 6 weeks later still no call so I called Dave again. Dave said "oh yeah we have one more customer before you. Give it 2-3 more weeks". So I wait again. It is now July 8th 2021 and they never called. What a waste of my time. Had the truck towed to Dynamic the next morning, and I was on the road in three hours with a new hose, and complete service to make sure we were safe. My Ford F350 4x4 6.0 was broken down due to a cracked radiator on the side of Hwy 38 on the way up the hill to go camping with my horses. Once I got a hold of my own mechanic in Riverside, he called Cody at DD and they talked about my issue, and Cody said if I got towed in, he would be able to replace my radiator right away. He ordered the part and had it waiting for me. Not his fault I was late that day, but I did get it towed down to him, and he had it done before noon the next day! I waited a couple of weeks to make my review. We just towed our boat to Vegas and back. Our 2008 F250 would loose power and would barely make it up the slightest hill.
