She couldn't find one in the system but suggested I stop by to check the yard. I drove straight there and a young gentleman came out and I explained to him what I was looking for. He checked the system again and nothing. He then said follow me and let's see what we can find. So we went out to the yard and after searching for about 10min there was the Holy Grail, about three cars stacked high, that there is a 15inch rim with a good Goodyear tire on it. I paid the nice lady @ $56 and I got what I was looking for. After being so impressed with their customer service I checked YELP and go figure, 5 Stars. Before going to the Auto Part store I would check this place out. You'll get excellent customer service and your part at a great price. Thanks for your service..

Went to Auto Zone located on Stetson Avenue in Hemet. There was a wrench picture on my car display…read morescreen, which just occured. When I went in there were many employees walking around. Finally a female employee came to the counter and asked to help me. I told her my problem and she said "no" we don't have a meter here, go to Auto Zone on Florida. She confirmed with another female employee that they didn't have a meter at this location. There is a sign on the window they have the tools, but they didn't have the tool I needed! I walked outside and called the District Manager to complain, but his recording "not able to accept calls", or something to that extent. I then called and left a voice message with the Regional Manager. This was a Friday -workday? The Regional Manager called me back immediately. I told him I was at the AZ on Florida and Amber was helpful. She calmed down a stressful situation for me, because I was afraid to drive the car further.
