Went to this place to get my shocks, springs & a leveling kit done. Now my shocks are out and they can't find any record of my doing the work there. Why because they don't keep records of anything you buy there. They track 1 year only on paper receipts. Which is a joke we aren't in the 90s anymore. Owner needs to get his shit together and inviste on his business. read more

THEY SOLD ME A BAD USED TIRE. Came here two days ago got a used tire and it was my fault I didn't check the tire before leaving because I trusted them. A friend referred me to this tire shop so I didn't think I would have any issues. The lady that's the receptionist had horrible customer service and wasn't willing to help and was accusing me of causing the lump to happen on the tire. Not even willing to help with a discount for a new tire. I have only been to work since I got the used tire and I knew something was suspicious of the tire, considering it had such good thread still for a used tire and charged me $40. Only they failed to tell me it had a lump on it. These lumps are usually caused by previous car owners that don't rotate their tires over period of time and even if thread is good it can still cause lumps on the tire. Never coming back, rather spend my money somewhere else good luck my friends if y'all decide to buy tires here! Make sure you check them before you leave ! read more

*BE AWARE* went there for a new tire and Alignment. The mechanic took my car for a drive and brought it back like 20mins later and hand out the keys without even doing alignment but claimed he did on it he thought I didn't see him leave the parking because I was sitting inside the store. You can't do alignment on a car by just driving it, I usually go here and spend almost 1000$ on tires and rims but I'm never going back. don't be in business if you aren't going to be honest with your customers and try to finesse them instead. I even paid the 50$ and went somewhere else right after I wasn't going to argue with you al over 50$ you might get this one but you won't from be finessing anyone else. so be aware guys make sure you watch them work on your car. read more

Not only they want you to be safe out in the road of life but Happy about your purchase at the same time. Thanks Desert Tires a for WONDERFUL experience and for sure I'll be back for more. Had a flat tire (road debris). They did an exceptional job with the patch that got me home safe, all with a smile and friendly customer service. read more

I only gave one star because I had too. This place sold me a set of whitewalls and one was defective and the owner Gustavo was avoiding me and would not do anything about it. The tore took 12 ounces of weight and they still let me go on the road like that. Gustavo is the worst he even was ignoring his own employees calls because he would rather ignore the issue. I only had the tires for a week when I noticed it shaking on the road read more

A family member recommended me this place because I wanted to get some rims, tires, and leveling kit for my dad's 2015 Ford F150 4x4. I got different quotes from other places and no one came even close to the estimate they gave me. Andrew treated me like family and gave me an unbelievable price out the door. FUEL rims, Toyo Mud tires, leveling kit, install and alignment. I couldn't be any happier with the results. I would definitely come back and would recommend their business to anyone! Thank you for the amazing deal Andrew! See you soon. Best service and price in town! read more

Slowest tire shop in the game every time I come it's always an hour wait for 3 vehicles ?? O's tires is a 10 minute wait on 5 vehicles. Way understaffed here, O's tires for fast and great service. read more

Got a new set of tires and wheel mounted and balanced at Murrieta location for $100. Had nothing but problems and they would NOT stand by their work. Made me come back 4 times and in the end only gave me a credit of $20. Different location but same business so be warned if you have issues they will leave you high and dry. read more

I'm not a local but I had an emergency and needed an used tire. Stopped by and was greeted right away and asked what I needed. They had my size tire I needed. They had me wait just a little bit, pulled my car into the service area, immediately started working and swapping my tires. I was in and out by 20 min. Good and fair prices. I happily paid for my service after the work was done. read more

Customer service extremely lacking, bought 4 new tires two weeks ago from them for my son's first car. They told us that if we had any problems to come see them, well one had a leak, they determined it was a valve stem, usually most shops install new stems when you buy tires, they did not and somehow they figure they weren't willing to be responsible for that issue and refused to warranty that product. Even though the amount was only ten bucks, the principle of the matter when any other tire shop would bend over backwards for the hopes of repeat customers but not these guys. Never again. read more

Came in for an alignment at around 8:15 today. The receptionist asked me what I was coming in for and then left. She popped in and out of the ftont office, but never got my keys, name or anything else. She didn't even give me an estimated time. After waiting until about 8:40, I left and went to another place up the street. I'll never be back. read more

If I could give this place no stars, I would! The owner has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. He made an agreement, shook hands on it, and became a ghost!!!!! Damage was done to my property by the tech, who did not take responsibility for the damage. So I brought it to the attention of the owner, and it's been almost two weeks and he still has not called back to resolve the issue!!!! Do not come here! Side note: before the damage was done, the two techs played "rock, paper, scissors" in front of me to decide who would be doing the service, which is very unprofessional to do in front of a customer! read more

If I need a temporary replacement tire, I can find a used one, installed, for a great deal. They have the best prices in town on alignments, etc. and I've never had any problems with their work or products. I always recommend them, as they were recommended to me. read more

Take your vehicle here for tires and alignment!!! DO NOT take to Midas, Good Year, Sears, etc. chain stores for alignment because, although they can install tires they are, in my experience, untrustworthy for anything but tire install and oil changes. Go here if you are at all in area. Harley, the one who checked the alignment on my greatly modified Jeep Grand Cherokee knew that, although the caster was quite a bit out-of-spec that is how it had to be. I know quite well how automobiles work and speaking with Harley was a blast of competence. Incompetence/fraud is the well-deserved reputation of auto repair-but there are exceptions. Desert Tires and Wheels is on my Exception List! I'll be back for tires. Their Out-The-Door tire prices are at least as good as anyone else's. read more

Today I stopped there to get my car an Alignment and a used spare tire and the rotated all four tires. I have to say this company is the best I as a woman have used around down. They are very helpful. Miguel was the person who helped me and he was super nice and helpful. I would recommend this place. Even offer to turn the TV on our soap operas great customer service. As a older woman I was made to feel very comforable and i will be letting all my friends and nieghors know about this place they are very reasonable. read more

There a Very good Company. Make you feel at home, and they hook it up if you're a continuous customer. Only thing bad about them is that they replaced my 2 front tires, and forgot to put my valve stem caps on. Those were 30$ for a set, and now I have to buy more... read more

Oscar was really helpful in my decision to get new tires pretty reasonable prices and good customer service would recommend this tire shop

Horrible customer service. Took my car to get an alignment. Never gave me a print out of the measurements so I came back asked if I could have it and they said their printer was broken. Had to have them put my car back up in order to take a picture of the computer screen. My alignment was never even really fixed. Told me I needed my cambers changed on a 2 year old car! Took it to sears and didn't pass my alignment. Once I ordered the part to fix my car they told me it was the wrong piece. I just gave up with them and went to sears. Turns out I never even needed my cambers replaced. They just needed to fix my alignment. Don't come here. They just want your money. read more

I went to Desert Tires after getting pricing over the phone with several other tire shops. I knew this tire shop was going to be the one I was going to take my business to. Desert Tires did not make me wait on the phone and more importantly did not have an automated answering service. Andrew took care of me and made sure I was happy with the tires I purchased for my Hummer. Make sure you ask for Andrew when you guys go there. Andrew price matched and beat the other pricing I got quoted at other shops. Thank you so much Andrew. read more

I got my tires changed and had an alignment done and my truck drives even more crooked than before and the tires look worn out...white guy with tats told me every thing was straightened out but it's not. They wouldn't give my money back. when I asked the receptionist she said her English was bad then I asked in Spanish and she freaked out and told the mechanic and he said no refunds....not happy about this read more

Awesome customer service. Fast and great prices!! We came in for a low tire and they got us in right away. Within 10 minutes he brought in the tire and showed us a huge screw!
