Went to this place to get my shocks, springs & a leveling kit done. Now my shocks are out and they can't find any record of my doing the work there. Why because they don't keep records of anything you buy there. They track 1 year only on paper receipts. Which is a joke we aren't in the 90s anymore. THEY SOLD ME A BAD USED TIRE. Came here two days ago got a used tire and it was my fault I didn't check the tire before leaving because I trusted them. A friend referred me to this tire shop so I didn't think I would have any issues. The lady that's the receptionist had horrible customer service and wasn't willing to help and was accusing me of causing the lump to happen on the tire. Not even willing to help with a discount for a new tire. I have only been to work since I got the used tire and I knew something was suspicious of the tire, considering it had such good thread still for a used tire and charged me $40. Only they failed to tell me it had a lump on it. These lumps are usually caused by previous car owners that don't rotate their tires over period of time and even if thread is good it can still cause lumps on the tire. Never coming back, rather spend my money somewhere else good luck my friends if y'all decide to buy tires here! Make sure you check them before you leave ! read more

*BE AWARE* went there for a new tire and Alignment. The mechanic took my car for a drive and brought it back like 20mins later and hand out the keys without even doing alignment but claimed he did on it he thought I didn't see him leave the parking because I was sitting inside the store. You can't do alignment on a car by just driving it, I usually go here and spend almost 1000$ on tires and rims but I'm never going back. don't be in business if you aren't going to be honest with your customers and try to finesse them instead. I even paid the 50$ and went somewhere else right after I wasn't going to argue with you al over 50$ you might get this one but you won't from be finessing anyone else. so be aware guys make sure you watch them work on your car. read more

Customer service extremely lacking, bought 4 new tires two weeks ago from them for my son's first car. They told us that if we had any problems to come see them, well one had a leak, they determined it was a valve stem, usually most shops install new stems when you buy tires, they did not and somehow they figure they weren't willing to be responsible for that issue and refused to warranty that product. Even though the amount was only ten bucks, the principle of the matter when any other tire shop would bend over backwards for the hopes of repeat customers but not these guys. Never again. read more

If I could give this place no stars, I would! The owner has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. He made an agreement, shook hands on it, and became a ghost!!!!! Damage was done to my property by the tech, who did not take responsibility for the damage. So I brought it to the attention of the owner, and it's been almost two weeks and he still has not called back to resolve the issue!!!! Do not come here! Take your vehicle here for tires and alignment!!! DO NOT take to Midas, Good Year, Sears, etc. chain stores for alignment because, although they can install tires they are, in my experience, untrustworthy for anything but tire install and oil changes. Go here if you are at all in area. Harley, the one who checked the alignment on my greatly modified Jeep Grand Cherokee knew that, although the caster was quite a bit out-of-spec that is how it had to be. I know quite well how automobiles work and speaking with Harley was a blast of competence. Incompetence/fraud is the well-deserved reputation of auto repair-but there are exceptions. Desert Tires and Wheels is on my Exception List! I'll be back for tires. Their Out-The-Door tire prices are at least as good as anyone else's. read more

Today I stopped there to get my car an Alignment and a used spare tire and the rotated all four tires. I have to say this company is the best I as a woman have used around down. They are very helpful. Miguel was the person who helped me and he was super nice and helpful. I would recommend this place. Even offer to turn the TV on our soap operas great customer service. Horrible customer service. Took my car to get an alignment. Never gave me a print out of the measurements so I came back asked if I could have it and they said their printer was broken. Had to have them put my car back up in order to take a picture of the computer screen. My alignment was never even really fixed. Told me I needed my cambers changed on a 2 year old car! Took it to sears and didn't pass my alignment. Once I ordered the part to fix my car they told me it was the wrong piece. I just gave up with them and went to sears. Turns out I never even needed my cambers replaced. They just needed to fix my alignment. Don't come here. They just want your money. read more

Desert Tires did not make me wait on the phone and more importantly did not have an automated answering service. Save your money and your car don't go to this place there crooks ,let me start , the first time I took my girlfriends car for a front bad tire, they break my hub cab they din't say nothing until I bring it up to there attention, so the guy was mad but the lady name claudia help me a n gave me the tire free, long story short I got a free used tire,couple days later same tire starts leaking air, I go to another tire shop and I find out they put on a used tire with a cork patch an put it on my car for 35 dint even try to fix it, the second time I took the same car for break pad replacement the same older guy with the mustache work on the car, put on my breaks and dint put the pads I gave them, they put some other break pads and fuck up my break system in a 2015 Sentra , the third an last time I took my tahoe for a rim a tire change,this mf Jack's my spike lug nuts and again doesn't say nothin, if you were a good buisness man you would take care of your people and buisnesss, but it sad your a crooked and takes advantage of people,FUCK YOU and your buisness (mustache) please please people don't buy tires or service your car here, the only person that is legit hardworking there is the gentlemen at the alignment spot, good people..other than that fuck that tire shop dam crooks read more

I got my tires changed and had an alignment done and my truck drives even more crooked than before and the tires look worn out...white guy with tats told me every thing was straightened out but it's not.
