Extremely disappointed with the service and the complete disregard for customers' time. I specifically ordered a tire through this shop and was told to simply come in once it arrived. Today, around 10:30 AM, I called again to confirm that my tire had arrived and was told for a SECOND time to just come in. It's now 1:30 PM, and my car STILL hasn't even been touched. When I arrived, I specifically informed the employee at the front desk that I had an extremely important appointment to get to. He took my keys, told me he needed to get some information, and then NEVER came back to provide an update or explain how long the wait would be. Because of this experience, I missed an incredibly important appointment that I had been waiting YEARS for. Something that could have been avoided entirely had someone simply communicated with me. I could have already been in Los Angeles by now instead of sitting here wasting hours of my day. To make matters worse, this is my SECOND day coming here for the same tire. Yesterday, they removed my tire to inspect it, only to put it right back on. My question is, why repeatedly tell customers to just come in when you clearly cannot accommodate them within a reasonable amount of time? Especially when they've already ordered a tire specifically through your business? Why not offer an appointment time when someone orders a tire? Why not communicate an estimated wait time? Why take someone's keys, knowing they have somewhere important to be, and then leave them sitting there without a single update? I understand businesses get busy, but being busy does not excuse poor communication or a complete lack of consideration for customers' time. People have responsibilities, appointments, and lives outside of your waiting area. Their time is just as valuable as yours. If you cannot accommodate customers in a timely manner, BE HONEST ABOUT IT. Don't repeatedly tell people to just come in, take their keys, and leave them waiting for hours without any communication. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, disappointing, and completely avoidable. What bothers me most isn't even the wait itself. It's the fact that I communicated how important my time was, and that information was seemingly disregarded entirely. read more

SHOUTOUT TO DANNY! I came in for a tire repair ( I had a tear in my tire) and made a short notice trip. Danny added me to the lineup and had me on my way in less than two hours. He was super helpful, friendly, and had a wonderful demeanor. All the customers had a great experience with him, it's rare when you see jolly professionals! Give this man a raise, he was working the garage and front desk while answering phones! I had another lady insert air into my tires on another occasion, she was also wonderful! For years America's Tire has been our go-to place for tires. We recently moved to the Hemet area and are sorely disappointed in the Hemet store. We sat for over 10 minutes waiting to have the air in our tires checked with no acknowledgment we were there, in spite of workers walking past our car so we drove away without being served. We were the only car at the air check station On a previous visit where we had purchased a new tire, due to damage, they failed to put the custom tire valve back on the vehicle. It's the little things that matter on a day-to-day basis. We have had excellent service at other store locations, but Hemet needs to step up their game to maintain the America's tire reputation. read more

This use to be a great place....Now the service level is sub par. Cannot be trusted anymore with delivering a trusted service experience. TPMS replacement was botched and if I did not catch it....they would have gotten away with my money for a part they never installed. Also, customer service is not terrible, but not even close to justify their current review score. I had to come back(I inspected the work, not them) and I wasn't even compensated for hours wasted. This decline has been evident over the course of several months, as last time I was in they made several mistakes also. My time at this location was NOT valued as a LONG time customer. After searching on Yelp, Google and asking friends I found this business to be least expensive. I filled out the questions on the website, but had a hard time finalizing the transaction. I called America's Tire and a young lady answered and invited me to come in although there were a few customers already there, she said. Then, I called back 15 minutes later to ask if I had to complete the on-line order and Danny said if I had difficulty completing the transaction on line come in and they would help. I went there about 9:30 a.m. and there were cars lined up in the last two stalls-I later found out it is the area where persons come to have their tire pressure checked-no appointment-just drive up. I left and went to another tire company off of State St. their quote for 4 tires installed/balanced was much higher. I then went back to America's Tire and no lines, but a few customers. I went in and noticed that there were 3 employees at the counter checking in customers. They were orderly; took the required keys & documents to the workers out in the bay areas. Immediately, came back in helped the next customer. At no time was my wait more than 5 minutes to be helped. I took a picture of the on screen order from my computer and asked Danny to confirm the price. He did. He also told me that they have free: rotation, balance tires every 5,000 miles, free flat tire repair. Should there be major problem with the tire-America's has a prorated warranty on that. While that was told to me, it would have preferred it in writing-old school person I am. Jeffery also was courteous when he returned my car and keys outside. I brought my own coffee and breakfast-no side tables, but not necessary. read more

I called American tire they offered me 15% off of my bill. I accept the appointment when I got the bill there was no 15% off the receipt didn't show the 70,000 mile warranty. I questioned the manager. His name was Angel and he said oh he apologized because he said that that promotion expired. I told him that's not what you told me he then said oh I can give you a couple of free oil changes to make up for the misunderstanding. I called last week to get one of these free oil changes that was promised to me and they said angels no longer working there. I told the new manager well it should be noted that I get two free oil changes and I'm gonna get one and he said oh there's no such thing on the notes I could've went to several different places, but they offered me something that I never received and a new management wasn't going to honor the commitment of the two free oil changes. I will forsure come again if I have any issues. I've been to a couple Americas tires but honestly this one was helpful and I will recommend to anyone needing a quick flat tire repair. I have always used Americas Tire in Hemet CA for all my tire needs, I have never had a problem with the staff and crew. Today, I want to acknowledge Shannon and Patrick for commendable customer service, it came in for tire rotation and balance which I had an appointment for. Patrick was professional at the front desk, Shannon was friendly and professional, she informed me that my spare tire was flat and old, and let me know they have used tires that I can put under there, I felt bad for her that she had to look for the tools to bring down the spare tire, I gave her permission to look underneath the backseat. She spent at least 10 minutes looking for it, but she found it from checking in with Patrick and receiving my truck from Shannon after it was done I spent a total of 40 minutes. I'm not sure why I had to wait for over an hour when I've already been here just the week prior. They should've given me priority since this was my second trip. And it was just one tire that needs to be put on. I understand that I would typically need to make an appointment to prevent wait times. Spending two Friday afternoons here is not fun. August 13,2025. I went to America's Tire @600 Florida Ave in Hemet because my light came on for my tire pressure gauge. I arrived at 9:57am it was not busy only 2cars in the stalls. No one welcomed me and it took 15 minutes for someone to come over to say hello and ask how can I help you today. That is unacceptable to wait 15 mins for just a simple task of putting air in my 2 front tires. Please be more mindful of customers in the Air Tire area. read more

Update: 06/19/25 I've been coming back every few months to have the tires rotated and serviced, and both times they've been nothing but kind and efficient! Every time I come to this place there's always an issue. The most recent one was they did not have on file that I had already paid for wheels and tires after they failed to call me that they were already in. Then when I get to the shop, they said they did not have all my tires. All this after waiting almost 45 minutes past my appointment. I will never be back once these tires are out of warranty. read more

Absolutely horrendous. Never had issues with America's Tires and have been going to them for years. Mostly one in another city since we moved here within the last four years. The few times I've been here, no major issues. But a few days ago my wife and I went in and the greeting started fine. But after I denied the up sales of Wiper Blades and a "Donut", they tried to get me to buy $51 lug nuts because mine were swollen. I denied that because I can get same/similar quality for cheaper. Once I denied the wiper blades and donut, the attitude of Sharron quickly devolved from "semi-friendly" into "annoyance". Then she had a bit of attitude when I was discussing the swollen lug nuts telling her I've never had issues before and these have never been brought to my attention prior. Maybe they are swollen but when I suggested using a tire iron instead of the pneumatic drill, she looked at me with a frustrated face and said "What?!" Because that's what I use instead of my pneumatic when changing my brakes. Anyways, moved on from that, got 2 new tires. I told them twice that I wanted the new tires on the rear because...that's recommended for safety, they should know that. A day later, my wife started hearing loud noises. Come today (about 2-3 days after the incident) and I brought it to a different, trusted America's Tires location. Apparently, the Hemet location failed to tell me that my older tires that they moved to the front was "out of round" causing less contact to the ground and a safety issue. They also failed to tell and give me the 5% off for using my America's Tires credit account. They screwed me in more ways than one. Will likely NEVER come back to this location and may make a complaint with corporate. Do NOT jeopardize my families safety for your own selfish arrogance. read more

This particular store always is able to get me out of a bind in a timely and efficient fashion. Be it a flat or regular tire replacement, staff is ready to assist. You can book an appointment online or drop by. An appointment most likely gets you in quicker, but even my last minute walk in's with flats have been a good experience during an unexpected occurrence.
