Cost was more than reasonable and I was able to get my car in and out the same day!! I use my car for work and can't afford for it to be down for a day or tw. They understood!!! I needed my front breaks replaced. I recently moved out here to san Jacinto. So I'm just getting to know the city. The place I go normally go to is far. I don't think my breaks would of made it out to LA. My dad recommended this place. I bought the break pads at auto-zone and brought them inn. In total I spent $120 for new front breaks. Not bad at all. I also got my alignment done here a few months back when I came to visit my dad. It's not the most luxurious place but they do a good job. I dropped my car off at 11 and I assume it would be done in a few hours. I called few times but no answered. So I decided to get a ride down there. Spoke to the older gentleman and he told me he would take My information down and give me call. I told I had already given my information and was wondering what was going on with my car. He said that they were a little backed up but they're working on it and it will be done within 40 min to an hour. The bigger guy walk I walked in and I asked how much was the service going to after all. He said $80 with an attitude. I got upset and told on my father had told me it would said $70? He said ok what ever $70. He got up and stormed out upset. At this point I was upset too. I decided to go to the bank and get cash out instead of paying with my debit card while they continue to work on my car. I was really frustrated sitting in the lobby I had somewhere to be. I called my dad and he said $80. The bigger guy walked inn and handed me my keys. He told me it'll be $70. I apologize for my behavior and explained my self. I asked him if it was just two people working today? He Explained to me that five guys quit this year. Unfortunately there's only 3 of them working. One person didn't come in and they're really short staffed. Also how People get upset because they can't finish the job fast enough. It made me think about how we treat other humans especially during this pandemic. I definitely will recommend this place and also recommend people to come inn with extra time and patience. Got an alignment done 4 months ago on a vehicle I hardly drive since it has bad gas mileage. I started noticing very uneven wear on my tire tread which should not be happening on brand new tires, that were just aligned. I went back and asked if they could at-least check the alignment, and make sure it's right, since I just got it done. The guy refused and blamed it on me, stating that I must've gotten into an accident or hit something in the road. Will not be coming back here at all, do not recommend at all. I had a bad experience with them. I went to them for a brake job on my 2006 Toyota 4-Runner which they said would take 2 hours. 5 hours later it wasn't done and I had to leave it overnight. I returned the next day at noon and they said it was done. When I went to get it they told me that they had broken a wheel stud off, but they would fix it for me for $240. I decided to take it home and return the next day to talk with the boss. When I got home I also discovered I no longer had an emergency brake. When I returned the next day the promised to repair everything at no cost I just needed to bring it in the next day at 9:00 AM when they opened and they would do it right away. I did but Six hours later when I returned for the car and they had done nothing. read more

They are horrible. I was referred here for there price on an alignment.I go for two back breaks and the alignment I tell them alignment is number one on important. 4 hours I waited . Throughout they call saying I need routers when a week before I went to another place they said they were fine. But he's still quoting me like 300 over the phone even tho I'm telling him no. He try's to guilt trip me saying they already started and he has to pay the mechanic doing them I tell him no I can't just do what I asked for. Then after the 4 hours all of a sudden the mechanic that does the alignment isn't in. So I wasted 4 hours just to get two back breaks done. And the guy was super rude. I think he tried to take advantage of me because I'm young and a chick bymyself and was butthurt I declined the routers. Period read more

Took in a Maserati to get tires... because that's all they can do for that model of car anyways however very unprofessional on how they handle a quote that was given directly to me. I was given one quote a little over priced compared to others I needed the tires ASAP so didn't mind when it comes to charging they added more on top of my quote saying it that it won't even pay for their labor that it will practically be free when I first came in I initiated on the quote before the work and they agreed somehow all of a sudden it changed. Quite inconsiderate as well they didn't even acknowledge the quote as if it never happened too. I didn't have enough cash so I paid debit card for the rest and they also charged an additional fee for paying debit I mean during Covid you should be accepting debit charges only at a time like this. Very unprofessional won't bring any of my cars here ever again. read more

I bought tires from here and was completely disappointed. The tires i got were the 100,000miles warrantee. They did not last even 30k. I went there and expected him to change them inder the warrantee. He took one good look and said you gave not given it and alignment or rotation. I told yes I have I have the paperwork from were I get my oil change as proof that everytime I got my oil change I got both since I bought lifetime alignment at Ramona tires. He said you can have all the proof you want I am a mechanic I can see you havent gotten it so I'm sorry I cant help you. So if you get tires here beware proof and warranties are no good because apparently he thinks he is the only good mechanic and all other ones are not. If you buy here he pretty much wants you to do all services here so the warrantee is valid. Stay clear. read more

This place was a horrible experience for me. When I called they had my tires. I went down there an hour later and they had already sold my tires. When I got there and they told me that, I asked them to put the more expensive tires on my car. The guy said ok. I waited for about 10 minutes and nobody got up or started anything on my car. Now mind you they weren't busy at all. After the ten minutes I told them I wanted to order the tires that they had sold on me. The guy at the counter told me that he would call me when the tires came in. Well I never got a phone call the next day and the whole entire time I was there I felt like I was an inconvenience to them. Now I don't know if it was because I was the wrong nationality or what but I feel that since I was a paying customer I shouldn't have been treated like that.
