They got me up and running. Very fair prices for tires and services. It took awhile for my repairs, but my car drives like new!

Installed 4 new tires they left one tire completely loose. Lost one lug nut the other 5 were loose. Tire almost fell out. Tightened up the lugs took it back to have them look at it. They lied to my face telling me the video shows them tightening all 4. They don't use a torque wrench on the lugs just an impact gun with no torque stick. Paid for an alignment. Did not align my vehicle. It has positive camber from the last shitty alignment shop. Took it to O's. Told them the issue. Guy blames the parts but There's nothing wrong with the parts it has. He did Put the alignment heads on the wheels, then Moved them around till the screen said it was good. He did adjust toe on one side. So now the steering wheel is crooked he never drove it. It Still has positive camber and it still gonna wear out my tires on the outer edge. They don't offer any guarantee or warranty it will be good. There too many shitty shops in this valley read more

Stay away from this shop they will scam you unless you are there watching what they are doing. Last week I took my truck there for a alignment. They told me it would be 80 and would be done in 30 mins. Once they had finished it the guy told me that it was really bad but got it done. He never gave me a print out of the alignment that was preformed. Later that week I was changing the oil on the truck and notice not one bolt was removed for the alignment. I checked every point (toe,camber etc) and not one was ever adjusted. I regret paying cash and wish I would have paid with a credit card to dispute the charge. You're better off paying a good quality shop like Rapid tire, ice automotive for a service. read more

For anyone looking to get a tire alignment beware! Spoke to a worker about getting a tire alignment done. I received a price and time on the job length. I mentioned if I'd get a report of the alignment in which he said he could not provide me with that. How am I supposed to know the job was done with no alignment report? If you're going for an alignment ensure you're getting the report before you have your car "aligned" very shady. read more

Got a tire quote from E & E tire so I decided to call O's Tires...Got a better quote for $480 for the same brand tires that E& E quoted..I arrived 10 minutes later let them know that I called and what they quoted me. Took about 30 minutes and when I got the keys and I went to pay for it with a debit card they wanted CASH. They did not tell me this over the phone or I would've brought it. So I had to drive to the bank, get the money and come back. Very inconvenient! I asked him again why did they not tell me this over the phone and he did not answer me. I also originally they did not give me a receipt. I had to ask for one, and it didn't even say much on the receipt, just new tires...that was it. No cost breakdown,not the name of the tires... After I got home, I noticed that they put on a different brand what I was quoted. It was a non-familiar brand as the original tire that i was quoted so I let it go. They should've at least told me! This place is not bad. The only thing I do have to say is that I got a package of lifting my truck, new tires and rims. When they were doing everything a sensor came off. The guy said he would replace it at no cost extra and he would have it tomorrow. Went the next day, they didn't have it. Was told to go the following day. Went on Friday, still didn't have it. Kept on telling me we will have it later today. Come back tomorrow. Well I got all the initial work done on a Wednesday, it is now Monday and they still don't have it.
