He provided me a quote based on pictures I sent and provided 2 possible quotes - one to fix the drawer using the existing wood and another if they had to rebuild the drawer altogether. I brought the broken drawer in and within a few days the drawer was fixed. They ended up rebuilding the cabinet drawer, which I'm glad they did. They used quality wood which makes the drawer more durable and the rails on the side fit perfectly back into place when put back in the cabinet opening. They have excellent service, and the quality of the work they did for the price was excellent (they came in the lowest quote from 3 businesses I reached out to on Yelp). This was on a Friday. He was supposed to buy baseboards over the weekend and paint them and then install on Monday. It lightly snowed on Monday and he didn't show up. Then Tuesday came and he didn't show up and wouldn't answer texts either. He said he was gonna show up on Wednesday. When I confirmed again, he said it was too stressful and he wasn't gonna do the job and kept the $200. Bad faith dealing. I wanted to give him a chance despite his bad reviews but he totally messed up and kept the $200. He said that was the price for measuring! Do not hire him and save yourself a lot of anguish. Marcos and his crew showed up on time and they kept the neatest worksite. Our deck is top knotch! The foundation and supports were built very well and Marcos took time to be sure he had the correct footings and tied it it our house.
