But, the Dr. had ordered me to get my wisdoms REMOVED, 2 weeks later I get them removed. Then comes my 9 month cleaning back here again... yall why is he telling me I have my wisdoms and giving me a referral. And I told him he already gave me the referral last time I came, he was completely clueless, and made me feel like he didn't know what he was looking at or doing, especially when my dental file history was right next to him. So he looked at it and said "oh yes, how did it go?" Nice conversation but I couldn't help but just linger on the fact he said he sees my wisdoms when they're not there. On top of that, the tools were NOT clean. It had hard water crusted all over the tools that were being used in my mouth, stains and stuff everywhere. As well as him absolutely obliterating my gums and I couldn't close my mouth or eat without it hurting so I hardly ate that day. My whole appointment I just tasted blood. No good! I feel like it is important to note this after reading one of the reviews too. My husband is African American and they treated him no differently than anyone else. The assistant dental technician was also African American too. She was so kind and pleasant to us as well and the doctor seemed to treat her with respect even when they were speaking privately.

No other doctor behaves this way. They always bill you after. No reason for him to do this except the obvious, I'm black and he didn't think I could afford to pay. I was told that what he did was not insurance fraud, he just ripped me off. When I asked for my records and bill I was told I'd get them, but never did. Stay away. There are much better doctors who are ethical and honest. Oh, and he did a mediocre job.

Shortly thereafter, Joy, the receptionist, arrived and greeted me as well. I was brought back by Dawn who assisted Dr. Rosenwald with assessing my teeth to use as a baseline. Overall, I was informed that my teeth looked healthy with the minor exception of tartar build up and some recession. Dr. Rosenwald was very thorough with his review and having Dawn jot down notes for my files. Robyn, the dental hygienist, performed my dental cleaning. She said there was some tartar buildup and that I should try to close my mouth when brushing to reach the back teeth and brush along the gum which I neglect to do. Also suggested tips for flossing. I was impressed with the technology in the office. They have a fancy xray machine and each room has a laptop and monitor which Dr. Rosenwald uses to look more closely when doing an examination. Overall, the office made a favorable first impression on me for both their friendly and professional customer service and advanced technology. Dr. Rosenwald's office wall is adorned with four awards which is a testament to his quality of work. He has been in practice for over 30 years so he's knowledgeable and experienced. Highly recommend!

Dr. Vinh Trinh is one of the kindest, most compassionate dentists I've ever encountered. Every time I visit, he takes the time to ask about my life, remember personal details, and genuinely connect--not just as a patient, but as a person. It's rare to find that kind of attentiveness and care. All of the hygienists do the same and are very patient with me as I can sometimes experience sensitivity during cleanings. Having worked in the dental field myself, I tend to notice the small things that others might overlook--how instruments are handled, how the team communicates, how smoothly the practice runs. I can confidently say that this is a truly exceptional office. The entire staff is warm, professional, and clearly committed to providing high-quality care in a welcoming environment. If you're looking for a dental team that not only provides excellent clinical care but also treats you like family, Three Creek Dentistry is the place to go.
