This year I bought my first house, it is a pier and beam from the 1950's and it needed A LOT of…read morerepairs. Jose and his team gave my house a complete renovation. They were honest people that gave me vary fair prices. The foundations were old and the house was sagging in one corner. They replaced all the pillars, added a drainage system to move water away from my crawl space and added vents so air can now move through under the house. My house is now completely level and I could not be happier with the quality of work. Leones also did much more than replace my foundation. Once the house was level they replaced much of the old plumbing which was original to the house, installed a new hot water heater which they relocated to an attic space (the previous one had been taking up closet space in a small house). Jose and his team not only did great work but also helped me get in touch with other people to add HVAC, framers to vault a ceiling, and electricians who completely re-wired the entire home and a crew to hang drywall at the end. They all did great work and I would of never found them had it not been for Leones and Maria (she was my primary contact on the team). Since this is already long let me just list all the rest of what Jose and his team did for me. Demo of all old drywall and insulation in the house and attic, added 2 skylights, installed pocket doors in 2 closets, added an archway to living room entryway. They also installed 5 new windows, and had to reframe to add 3 of them. They also had to add new siding to the outside of the house to cover in the holes from the relocated windows. At the end they also did the texture and primer in the entire house. I am so grateful to have found this team, I have a brand new house now that will last for years to come. Some brickwork is cracked around suspended arches and cornerstone decorative pieces (e.g. above garage doors) but obviously has been for decades. I specifically called Cornerstone because I wanted a serious contractor who does actual poured footings, not that stacked cylinder mess that could actually crack your foundation worse as they use your house for the jack leverage. Dave was on time, courteous and (given that our appointment was in the middle of the Viral Apocalypse) understanding that I was working from home instead of 'off' for the day of our appointment. We spoke for a bit, he outlined everything well and asked pertinent questions about my reasons for calling, then got down to work inspecting...and recommended no work be done at this time. I offered to pay a service charge but he said that wasn't necessary. We did follow up on the phone briefly (I was busy when he was finished) and I am strongly considering coming back to them for some drainage improvements here and there as precautionary measures.
