The captains are generally well organized and competent. It's just a really fun way to play some good ultimate. Games start on time and the Broomfield sports complex is lovely. Level of play: Boulder is home to the national governing body for ultimate. A league is a very high level of play. B league is much more variable but many B league teams run practices to help develop players who are new to the game or to teach different strategies. Practices are a great way to meet people and usually involve a beer or two after the games.

There are no showers but there are restrooms and some healthy vending machines and picnic benches. Ample parking in a huge outdoor parking lot. It can be hard to find the first time because there are no huge signs for its location. Turning on Aspen Ridge its immediately on the left, the first parking lot entrance. It looks like a warehouse.

Free-weight benches and floor exercise space are often in short supply during peak hours, though. The five-lane lap pool is a good 25m, and kept on the cold side - perfect for a real workout. The facility staff are friendly and are always working to bring fresh towels and keep the place clean. LifeTime's billing policies, on the other hand, are a different story. They are a lot like those of an economy airline - petty and arbitrary. For example, if you discontinue anything, whether it's a class, spa appointment, family memberships, or personal training, you will likely be billed for extras months/sessions you did not want or use, along with change fees and other random nickel-and-dime items. They already command premium membership dues for their top-notch facility, so I just don't understand why they think this is necessary. But, as long as you avoid all the extras, it's a fine place to work out.
