They offer sessions for those looking to join a Men's only league, a Women's only league, and a Coed league, with several different leagues available on all days of the week, except for Saturday (These leagues are for adults 18+). I have also seen youth sports teams practicing here in the winter months. However, my experience is solely with the adult soccer leagues. The building is very clean. The bathroom, lobby, and fields don't feel grundgy like other sports complexes that I've played at before. There are two fields of the same size, and both feature great indoor turf playing surfaces. The newly renovated North Field is especially well lit, clean, and definitely being taken care of well. There is plenty of bleacher seating at each field as well for family and friends who want to come and watch and cheer you on. The refs, which can always make or break an experience, are all mostly fair and referee games well. The front of house staff is always friendly and helpful as well. The only caveat for the whole experience here is starting in July of 2023, they did start mandating the use of indoor turf soccer cleats so do keep that in mind when playing here. All in all, I've had a great experience getting back into this sport at this facility, and I would recommend playing here if you're also looking to get back into soccer as well. You can sign yourself up as a free agent on their website if you're looking to try and join and my tip is to also lookout for some Denver soccer Facebook groups as many people post in those groups looking for people to sub or join teams who play ay this facility all the time.

During the spring/summer months, they meet up at Patrick Carrols at 6:30pm on Tuesday nights for a 3 mile Run (or 1 mile Walk, depending on your preference). Kids, dogs, etc. are welcome. Just show up and run! There is a map posted outside Patrick Carrols of that day's run. Afterward, food & drinks are enjoyed at this brittish pub. If you're a bit more hardcore, they meet for longer runs (5-7miles) on the weekends.

There are lots of community events, too. The workout was a doozy: all the cleans followed by all the clusters, burpees and running. Super fun! It felt good to dust the dirt off. Solid warm up too - I definitely felt ready to lift some weight by the time we got barbells out. The class was well-managed and there was great attention to detail; it also started and ended on time, which when you have back to back meetings and have just enough time to workout is much appreciated! Great gym - if you live nearby, look no further!

CrossFit DeCO is in a league of its own. My fiancee and I joined this box after stalking their…read moreinstagram for quite some time. Both of us are former athletes and desperately wanted to get back in shape for our upcoming wedding. It was important to us that we find a gym that has "all kinds of kinds" and can accommodate all fitness levels and was not your stereotypical "bro" environment. We reached out to DeCO and after one meeting, we never even considered anywhere else. Leslie met with us, gave us a tour of the facilities and sat down and discussed our goals, wants and needs out of gym. While walking around, we were greeted and welcomed with open arms. We signed up for the Fundies class on the spot and started the next day with Maddie. Again, she took the time to get to know us, both individually and as a couple. While Kara & I have similar goals, we have very different strengths and weaknesses - Maddie noted everything! Our next class was with Steph - and again, we were blown away by the amount of knowledge the whole team seems to have. Once we wrapped up our Fundies classes, it was time to join in workouts with the rest of the gym! We were intimidated - how were we going to keep up? What if we forgot a move? What if we needed a rest? What if we looked silly? ----- Once we started warming up, all of those worries were set aside. Every single member has been so friendly, welcoming and genuinely interested in getting to know us and help us reach out goals. They have been a great support system. We have now completed two weeks of 4 classes per week and we look forward to going every time (even though we know we are going to get our a**** kicked!) Leslie (owner) and every trainer we've worked with (Maddie, Steph, Loren & Jeremy) have gone out of their way to coach us, modify workouts for us as needed, check in on us and motivate us. They follow up with us via email and text, and make us want to work even harder to reach our goals. Thank you CrossFit DeCO for making it as easy as possible for us to get back into shape - by making it fun and challenging at the same time. We always walk in and leave with smiles on our faces.

I literally will walk the 20 minutes to the field so I don't have to experience the stress and mess of that parking lot. Also, there are only a a couple labeled spots for those that are physically challenged with placard (as was the case with my parter today who recently had surgery). We weren't able to secure one of these special spots today unfortunately. There is a building that offers indoor real restrooms - awesome. For snacks there are often food trucks of different sorts. If you have a furry friend def check the website ahead of your visit to see if they are allowed. Wonderful open space to take in local sports, enjoy the local views and get some fresh air.
