This is one of the few spots we found that isn't class based - though they do offer HIIT and Yoga throughout the week. The gym itself has pretty much all the equipment you would need, the biggest detractor is that it's a quite small space. There's not a ton of open workout space, especially if a class is in session. But they have squished a lot of equipment into the space. So when they're busy it can feel like you're on top of one another. Pretty much only have one set of heavier free weights, so you might end up waiting. Everything is well maintained and clean. The staff are very friendly and the ownership seems to be making updates and keeping the place maintained. Locker rooms are clean. They have garage windows so on hotter days those get rolled up which is nice. There's a small parking lot in the back and some street parking.

If you're a bit more hardcore, they meet for longer runs (5-7miles) on the weekends.

Many times my watch shows a decibel level of 97+ decibels. That is not healthy. The cafe there has a motto that says, "if it's here it's healthy". That is not true with the classes because the music is so loud it will damage your hearing and nobody wants that. And nobody wants the instructor to be yelling constantly. That is not motivating. This happens in more than one class with more than one instructor. Not sure what they are thinking.

Stop sending teenagers to clean the gym floor in the middle of the day, it makes it extremely annoying to work out. No one likes breathing in those chemicals, or having a broom basically under their foot mid workout. They should really have an after hours cleaning team come in considering this is a "luxury" gym. I understand the casual cleaning but a midday deep clean should not be done at the detriment of those working out. It's also weird because there is still so much dust all over this place. The men here are much creepier than other locations, I've had multiple of them make weird comments and witnessed them recording women. I've gone to a variety of gym around Colorado, including other Lifetime locations, and haven't seen this behavior as much in those other places. The major saving grace of this gym is that the staff is very friendly. The trainers are approachable and the newer ones are very knowledgeable. All this being said, I do still drop into this gym when I'm in the area but do not enjoy working out here nearly as much as other gyms.

The restroom situation is interesting and not sure I can get on board with how they have decided to set up the facilities, specifically in the women's restroom. But, the field does provide for many games to happen, so it is good for tournaments.

Best part, on Wednesday nights they offer a 2 hour boot camp that is only $5. Open to members and non members! It's right by a park so the boot camp is half inside, half outside. You get to see beautiful views of Denver, all for only $5! What a steal!
