I did it!!! The first week I was unable to run and walked as everyone else ran. I cannot say that I felt discouraged because this new found family of mines empowers me!! Rock body boot camp is not only helping me to loose weight but also improving my mental health! These intense 30 minute works outs (that's all you need, trust them) will leave you feeling great! You'll never regret a workout- you'll only regret not going! I love the small group work outs indoor and running laps in the cold fresh air outdoor. The work outs are different daily and very effective. The coaches are very motivating and supportive. I am part of the 55+ group. I started a 28 day trial in December. I was looking to get myself healthier and stronger. I lost my daughter to a sudden illness in October & was also looking for help with the grieving process. I loved the trial period so much that I signed up to become a member. The owner Adam sends texts & emails with tips and recipes that help keep me motivated. My trainer Juan, along with his assistant Cynthia, make each class enjoyable. Great workout program; however $197 a month is rather expensive for me especially for a group workout setting. I got a discount when i joined and paid $97. The second month, I was charged $197. The third month I was charged $197. Since I knew I had too many things going on to where I could not completely dedicate myself to the program like I should, i requested to have my membership cancelled. This was in the third month. I explained why and was told a $100 cancellation fee would be processed. So i paid $197 for the month and i was charged an additional $100 ($50 for each month that was successfully debited from my account) all in the same month. Doing the math, I was charged $297 for one month. I don't recall having the cancellation fee explained to me but I should have asked that's on me. So, for those who have been curious about doing bootcamp, try it. It is a great program. My experience is my experience. I will not re - join this gym. I will continue to go to 24 hour fitness. $25 month and I can go anywhere in the USA... read more

"Join bootcamp," they said. "It'll be fun!" they said. Woof. I really hate workouts. They're so freaking tough. I mean, you know you're in for a world of hurt when running around the building is the "break." No, I would like to not work out. I would like to not work out every day. I would like to not work out and eat whatever I want, but that's the reason I'm a chubby bunny. So. Chad is fantastic. He's super supportive and optimistic and encouraging. The other boot campers are equally great and we all just kind of look at each other and go "holy crap, why are we doing this?" and then we keep doing it. I find myself actually looking forward to going to Fit Body. This is an indicator that I may be having some sort of psychological break. At any rate, it's really been a fantastic experience and the likelihood of injury here is much less than at Crossfit. read more

Having come from a different Fit Body Boot Camp, I am writing this with some biased opinions. In comparison, this club has some faults: the classes rarely started on time, there are times when you may be the only participant in the class, and they often run out of water (5 gallon jugs, forget to restock). Yes, you can (and I did) bring my own water but if you run out, that can become a liability - especially during the summer/hotter months. There are some good things about this place, namely a trainer named Liz! Given the options available in this town, you may want to set your sights elsewhere. read more

Valley Fit Body Bootcamp is absolutely amazing! Adam is awesome! He's so encouraging throughout the entire workout! He always has such a high energy level, which helps all of us get through the tough workouts. I personally prefer to workout in a group rather than the gym because I push myself harder. I have been working-out at Valley Fit Body Bootcamp for 6 weeks now and I feel great! I definitely notice that I have toned up and that I am in better shape overall. This was my first experience with a boot camp. We initially started with their 6 week challenge and saw great results. Thinking this is how all of the places were, we thought we could save some $ by going to another "boot camp" gym. Well we got what we paid for and found out we had already found the best place. This is by far the best gym experience I've had in my life. I love the quick fast tough work outs planned and I love that I can get in handle my business and get out in less than 40mins. There's a warm up, a work out, and cool down. There's monthly challenge which kicks you when you're "down" at the end, but definitely reminds you why your there. If you express what you want out of your experience with your coaches they will make sure you get that. Juan is good at yelling at you if you need it! Love it here! The classes are great. The coaches are even greater. Expect a grueling workout when you come. What I love most about the workouts is that they are very unique. The coaches really strive to give you a different workout each day unlike some other boot camps that will repeat lot of the same workouts for a whole week. My body never knows what to expect each given day. That means you will never get bored. Seeing great results already after one month. Finally one of the best things about FBBC is that the trainers really give you their time to make sure you succeed. At first I thought this place was great! I really don't need much to get me to work hard its the getting there and doing it that I needed help with. My friend convinced me to get the Groupon and give this place a try with her. After our second class we were approached by John to become a member. Our Groupons hadn't expired but he said we could put what we paid towards the registration fee. He also said that he was a small business owner and if we ever had an issue with continuing our membership we would be able to work something out because he understands life throws us curve balls. All of this sounded pretty great and genuine to me until life hit hard... I worked two jobs at the time of signing up. Things didn't work out with job #2 and job #1 started to slow way down. Paying for the gym couldn't be a priority of mine until I could get work going again but I kept it up hoping I could make it happen. (I really enjoyed going) I ended up traveling a lot to build some business and just couldn't justify the gym anymore. I didn't want to quit completely and remembered he said we could try to work something out. I reached out to John and let him know what was going on. I asked to either cancel my membership or put it on hold for a couple of months. It became apparent that he didn't really "understand" or care like he said in the beginning. I ended up needing to cancel my membership with a the full cancellation fee. The kicker is he waited until I asked him several times about canceling but he wanted to get another months payment out of me on top of the cancellation fee. He blamed me and told me I knew he wass busy so I needed to keep asking, even though I did multiple times. I eventually made enough of a nuance that I only paid the cancellation fee of $200 for 4 months of classes. I probably wouldn't be writing this review if it didn't get MUCH WORSE. The friend I had originally signed up with unexpectedly lost her father. She let John know what was happening and that she needed to cut all extra spending to help support her mom and brother. Did John care or understand??? NO! This was a terrible time for her and the speech he gave us when we started did not stand. I understand needing to make money for your business, that is why I didn't write a bad review when it came to my situation but don't claim to be a small business owner who cares about his clients and promises to try and help his clients when life happens then and offer no sympathy or help in a terrible situation like that. I'm not asking to get anything for free, but don't blame your clients for your lack of follow through then try and take more, and don't promise to understand when bad things happen in life. I didn't originally want to cancel my membership. I just wanted to put it on hold until I could get back in town and afford to use it. WHEN IT RAINS IT POURS! After what happened to my friend, I am happy to not be associated with them anymore. GOOD RIDDANCE! read more

I called this place and was given an appointment to come in, I did and they didn't know what I was talking about. I wanted to join the 55+ group I saw on Facebook asking for people on a challenge for free. I went in knowing it was probably not free and the man who told me to meet him wasn't even there. Another man was there and told to come on in the next day and someone could help me then. I mentioned I saw s Groupon and he said, just come in and we'll figure that out later. I came in the next day and did the thirty minute workout but still there wasn't anyone to help me in the office. Then I came another day and still no one was in the office. I then purchased the Groupon because the chance to purchase the Groupon was going to expire the next day. Then I got a call to meet up with someone in the office to set up my membership and I mentioned that I already purchased the Groupon and they then told me that the 55+ group wasn't part of the Groupon. They wouldn't give me my money back. So I called three times to set up the Groupon bootcamp and nobody ever picked up the phone. I left messages and I never got a call back. Now the Groupon expired and they and Groupon have my money. Lousy management! Awful customer service! read more

There is nothing to not love about this place. The fact that I can take a 5:30am class helps me immensely when most gyms don't start their classes until 8 or 9 when I'm already deep into work. Then, there are the adept and knowledgeable coaches that work with you to stick with your fitness level and push you to do more. Every day is different, which keeps it interesting and challenging. They provide a lot of content and information to help you when you are not there. And, they are socially minded, offering small classes and encouraging members to interact and motivate each other.
