Service was good food was great. Place has a super cool vibe. We went there for a holiday late lunch and was well taken care of.

Personal pizza (meatballs and bacon) with fries

Stopped here for a quick lunch. Typical sports bar setup with more of a rock and roll theme. They had some nice lunch specials for $12 I chose the byo personal 7 inch pizza with bacon and meatballs and fries. The pizza was tasty and the fries were very crispy.

Salad with salmon and sangria

The place is nice. Very well decorated. The service is great too !!! The prices were actually good despite the food prices nowadays. My salad with salmon ( grilled ) was delicious. My son's food was awesome. Great portions. The music was good too. I think this place is a great hangout to eat and enjoy company. My sangria was not good. Tasted blah !! I was celebrating my 59th birthday. My son treated me here. I will be returning !!! Thank you for a great dinner. Maybe the sangria's could be tastier, the next time I come !!!!

Came to watch the Bucs game with my mom and Aunt and had some incredible food! There is a football Sunday special for wings and nachos, and $5 bloody marys and purple haze (sangria)! Our server Keri was great, very attentive and such a sweetheart! They have some of the best wings in the area, and I love their Sweet & Spicy Asian Wings! I got the strawberry fields salad, which was very fresh. The BBQ Pork Nachos were on special for $12, and they were AMAZING. The chips were literally perfect and it was such a big serving! Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Wesley Chapel!

Please read the enticing highlighted section of the "about us" page on their website.

The Rock & Brew website touted the phrase family-friendly and promised lots of kid entertainment (please see photo). There were literally none of those things . Also, our server mentioned that their Mac and cheese was Kraft from a box, yet the kids meal was $6.99. That's quite an up charge for a non fresh, non restaurant made item. How hard is it to make their own Mac and Cheese anyhow? From the time we were sat to the time the server returned to take our food orders, 40 minutes has passed . The ambiance was fun- big space, not too loud either. I suppose a good part of my beef is with the marketing team. Don't list things like "some locations have a play area" then not provide which ones, Amiright? The Rock & Brew website also mentioned an unforgettable experience. I remembered enough to write this review, does that count?

First time here with my wife and friends on a Friday night. Theme was 90's night. Place a a cool vibe and an extensive menu. Drinks were awesome and priced fine. Service was attentive. I had the Carolina Slow Roasted Pork and my wife had the wings. Appetizers of Calamari and Brusetta were good too. Definitely will be back.

This was my first visit to Rock & Brews. This place is a traditional American restaurant with a lively theme and decent food. My brother hosted a group of 8 here for his birthday dinner. We arrived and everyone was seated around 630pm. The place wasn't super busy but people were here eating and enjoying themselves. It was semi-loud in here. The ambiance and theme stem from the owners, members of the classic rock band, KISS. TVs all around play music videos for the music you hear while dining. Classic rock, grunge, alternative played all night. It was familiar and enjoyable music. The service here was pretty slow for a not so busy place. We waited a good 20 minutes for our server to bring us waters and it was longer for the bar drinks. Once she got those out she got to putting in our food order. Jalepiño poppers were ordered for a table appetizer. I didn't have once since those tend to be too spicy for me. From what I was told, they were tasty. The spice was hit or miss. Some of them were spicy and others weren't spicy at all. For dinner, I ordered a traditional burger. It was fairly simple. Lettuce, tomato, pickles on a bun with cheese. Served with a side of fries. The burger itself was ok. I don't remember it standing out or hitting me as, dang, that's a good burger. The fries were slightly crispy but I've had better fries at other places. In the end, this place seems about as good as any. I wouldn't travel all the way to Lutz just for Rock & Brews. You could easily find any national chain sit down American restaurant and get the same experience. There didn't seem to be one thing that stood Rock & Brews out compared to another restaurants other than their music theme. Rock & Brews gets 3.5 stars from me. The service was slow, the food was ok and ambiance was hip and cool.

Love this place with our fido! We have come here a few times but our best time was when we were here for a super early lunch few weeks ago. The staff was so friendly and treated our Koko with some freebie bacon. We had delicious lunch to include the photographed salmon salad which has flaky cooked salmon with real shaved parmesan cheese. It was more gourmet than I expected and I was very happy.

Had a good experience here. If you stop in, ask for Megan's section. Megan said she was sweet and spicy and her service was just that. The theme here is hard rock and the decor mirrors that. Good music and ice cold beers. A good stopping place on a hot Florida day. The Asia wings were crispy and had a sweet heat. Just enough to tickle the lips. The pizza was a thin crust and had a nice crunch and just the right amount of toppings. The pizza sauce is a tad sweet. The chicken sandwich was juicy and crispy. I'll be back to try a few other items.

If you are looking for a loud place with music from the olden days then this is the place for you! Yes I'm calling everyone from the nineties old anyways the food was great, I ordered the blacken chicken pasta, it was a bit spicy for me but if you have come for spicy food then you'll be pleased! The service was great, I don't remember the name of the lady serving us but she was super sweet.

Chicken Teriyaki Bowl

The food is good but it's basically a fancier Chili's. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but if I do end up here, the food is pretty good. The Teriyaki bowl was delicious as well as the Reuben. They have a great drink menu. The service was great especially for a Friday night. Amanda was very friendly and efficient. However, the music was so loud we could barely hear each other at the table and the waitress could barely hear us ordering. It was just very unnecessary to have the music playing that loud. I was also disappointed that the tacos only come with corn tortillas. The quesadillas looked like they were made out of flour though. Overall, the food was pretty good but nothing special.

Cool atmosphere and really nice staff. The decor/artwork is awesome Rock n Roll from the 80s and 90s. Only thing I notice about this place and other establishments in Florida is that the drinks are so sweet. Maybe being from NYC, we have a different palate when it comes to how we enjoy our alcoholic beverages. I want to taste my liquor, not juice with syrup and a drop of alcohol. Maybe that's just my preference? Other than that, it's a cool place to have dinner on a Friday night.

The restaurant holds trivia on many Tuesday nights...

Updating my review from 4 stars to 5 stars based on the impressive experience Rock put on for their exclusive New Year's Eve party. They brought in the four person band called 4x that was very impressive. They played from 9 to about 11:30. This group is set to play here again on 1/27/23. The food for this experience was a four-course buffet style that included several kinds of wings/drums, pulled pork, fall-off-the bone ribs, mash potatoes, pasta then plates of dessert brought to our tables with beneits, brownies and bread pudding. All the food was delicious and served by multiple friendly staff members. The drinks including alcohol were also unlimited and the service here was on point with several staff making sure to bring out drinks as they ran out. Plus they somehow remembered what each of was drinking during the four plus hour event. They even brought out champagne for the midnight New Years countdown! Switched the TVs to the national channel and we rang in the New Year with style. Everyone at our table was happy with the service and the food. The manager did an excellent job of ensuring they excelled at all levels. My friend holds numerous group gatherings here at Rock & Brew for this exact reason!

I really wanted to like this place - love the outdoor seating. The ribs were tough and the mojito was terrible. Overpriced and crowded.

Before I moved from Northern California back to Tampa Bay in 2022, I came to the Brass Tap at least…read moreonce every time I returned home for Christmas--those were the dark ages before craft breweries had popped up all over the place, and the Brass Tap had a *lot* of beers, good atmosphere, and good service. I didn't go in 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic, was happy to get back in 2022...but the place had changed. There were very few beers on tap then, and the whole vibe was off in some hard-to-define way. It seemed dingier, dimmer, sadder. It even had a sort of weird, musty odor. I didn't return until I took a chance last week, right after Christmas--and the good Brass Tap back! The place was lively, well-lit, and while the tap list still isn't the monster from days gone by, it's nothing to sneeze at. (As far as I can tell, they have 30 taps; the Carrollwood location has 60, which is what I dimly remember at this location, too, last decade.) I don't know whether they had a management/ownership change in the interim, but it's a place I want to go back to again now. The Brass Tap doesn't serve food, and the BBQ place right next door that used to be run by the same folks shut down during the pandemic--but they have menus from Grillsmith, one of Wiregrass's other restaurants, there now. Unlike most beer-only bars, they've always had table service, and they've always been attentive. While it's a little too far for me to become a true "regular," it looks like a great place to go to with friends--or, if you're a misanthropic writer like me, to camp out with your laptop and have a couple beers while telling yourself you're working on a soon-to-be-bestselling novel.
