I found Patrick through his rave reviews on Yelp, and after a quick call discussing the size of my apartment and its condition, Patrick was able to book me the next day on a busy Saturday. Patrick and Alex spent 7 hours without break deep cleaning every inch of my home, including shelving, cabinets, vents, electric outlets, walls, ceilings, baseboards, and those cleaned-once-in-a-lifetime nooks and crannies. It was the kind of superb detailing work that truly takes 2 professionals the whole day, and I could have never done it on my own in even a week because I would just give up. They brought new cleaning supplies, fresh smelling non-toxic detergent, a powerful vaccum cleaner, and all the equipment needed to reach all those nooks and crannies. My building had to tear into a large main wall to see where the water was coming from and if mold had grown within the wall. I was devastated. I went to stay with family while the work was being done, knowing full well I'd be coming home to a major mess I wasn't prepared to deal with. Patrick to the rescue! I called him while the work was being done. He told me to let him know as soon as the work was completed, and he'd be happy to do a walkthrough for me and squeeze me in so I could get home ASAP. He went to my apartment with his assistant and filmed the walkthrough and sent me the videos. It wasn't as bad as I had thought it would be, but it was still a job that would be too much for me to handle on my own. I knew if I hired Patrick, I could just walk back into my apartment as though nothing had happened. And that is EXACTLY what happened! He spent 1 full day and a morning cleaning the place from top to bottom. Everything was put back precisely according to pictures. I had done a lot of covering of closets, etc., because I was scared my building wouldn't do an adequate job. We had left it that he would check whether or not the inside of closets or cabinets needed to be done once he started the job. They came to clean at the day and time agreed they would and apt is spotless and smells fresh and clean with no more pumpkin spice order. She offered to do a deep cleaning of my apartment and she even made an exception to come out to Queens to do it, even though she doesn't usually service Queens. The apartment was in very bad shape and she made it look fantastic. The tub was completely black with mold and it now looks brand new. She is so meticulous and on top of everything! I feel like she and her team really went above and beyond - they cleaned the AC unit, the windows, places where I did not expect her to clean, and she organized all of our clutter (but not in a bad way - I can still find everything!) And she's super communicative. For several days prior to the cleaning, she kept in touch with me to make sure that everything was ready for the cleaning (e.g., cleaning supplies and clearing clogged drains). During the cleaning itself she made sure to text me with any questions she had. She even put up with a little snafu we had when she arrived and the doorman had apparently lost the key to the apartment. She was very patient and understanding and she was so communicative the whole time! I'm really impressed with Sandy and her team.
