When I got the reminder the day before I called them and explained what happened and they managed to find me a crew that came to my place only two hours after my original appointment. Little things get messed up - it's how the business deals with it that matters. Now the hood stuff. These guys were *amazing*. They got to parts of the window I didn't think were reachable.
