So I don't usually write reviews, but these were so good I think it's important to make sure everyone in Rochester knows it. First, as a woman trying to get an estimate on my roof from an honest contractor is no small in this town. I got proposals from 5 other companies (who shall remain nameless). I realize that's a lot, but the first 3 I got were so clearly out of the range of what this service should have cost, that I had to get 2 more. And it's a good thing I did, because Eric from Rochester Premier came out right away even though he was booked the entire day and put together a reasonable and professional proposal for me on the spot. Finally, a contractor in Rochester not trying to take advantage of the fact thatI'm woman and shouldn't know anything about construction!! I even had to make sure to get the work done before my vacation and Eric was able to move their job schedule around in order to accommodate me - what service! Once I signed with Rochester Premier, Eric's business partner Cory came out to supervise the crew who would work on my house. He introduced himself to me immediately and explained how the crew would go about starting and finishing work everyday. Cory introduced the foreman for my job and told me if there was anything I needed to please let the foreman know and/or call him directly - he gave me his direct phone number as he would be around checking on other homes in the area including mine. He even asked if there were days that they needed to work around my schedule!! He was so polite and a real pleasure to work with. From there, the crew showed up on time everyday at 7am and worked all through the hot day until at least 7pm with an hour for lunch. All of them were very professional and made sure the roof was buttoned down every night and the lawn and driveway were spotless at the end of every work day. Cory estimated that they would need at least 5 days and - true to his word - they were finished by 4pm on the 5th day. When I came out to see the final product, the job was perfectly done and the waste receptacle was scheduled for removal later that evening, provided I had approved their work - which I absolutely did! Since then, I've told all of my neighbors in Pittsford about what a great job they did, how easy they were to work with and how friendly they were. The owner, Cory, promptly returned our call for an estimate (I wish I could say the same for all the other companies we called!). When he arrived, he went through and measured the entire house from the roof. He gave us a great, competitive estimate right on the spot alongside a list of references and all the appropriate information regarding the roofing and siding that needed replacement. We were given 3 levels of shingles and underlay to choose from, as well as information regarding the differences and recommendations. I was a little hesitant about the color recommendation that Cory had for us and pretty nervous when I first saw the shingles going on. But now that it's complete, I can see why this was the best choice for us and I'm glad we went with their recommendation. Cory was extremely knowledgeable about what our roof needed and how best to repair it to meet our needs. More than that, he offered an extended warranty on all of their work and helped us with the paperwork necessary for our insurance company. read more

I'm a Rochester native, but I have another house out on Canandaigua Lake - these guys had no problem coming all the way out to give me a very competitive estimate. I could tell immediately that they knew all the issues I was having with my roof and even gave me a second estimate for the siding I was going to wait to have done next year. They're price was so reasonable, there was no reason not to do both at once! Cory was an absolute professional all the way and I could tell he really knew his stuff. They fixed everything on time and on budget with no surprises and no delays.
