However, today's visit was extremely disappointing. My son has special needs, and consistency and familiarity are very important for his comfort and cooperation during appointments. Despite this, he was assigned a different hygienist without any prior notice or consideration for his needs. On top of that, we were made to wait while another patient who arrived after us was taken ahead of him. There was no explanation, acknowledgment, or apology at the time. When I brought my concerns to the front desk, the only response I received was, "we dropped the ball," which felt dismissive and did not address the situation in a meaningful way. This entire experience showed a lack of communication, sensitivity, and respect for my son's needs. I truly hope this office takes feedback like this seriously and makes improvements, especially when it comes to accommodating patients with special needs. Because of this review I wrote on Google I was called and told me my husband and 4 children can't be seen at this office anymore because I blasted them to the world.

I have no clue how they do what they do, but they hook you up to a switchboard with about 30 sensors in the blink of an eye. They slip into your room to reattach your wires (if you're a sleep stripper like me) with ninja speed and silence. You literally feel a hand and hear a click for 5 secs then before you can thank them or open your eyes you only see a sliver of dim light as they silently close the door. *mind blown* It's not their fault but the head gear and chest restricting bands aren't awesome. If you're buxom like me it's a fight with the heart monitor strap going up around your neck ALL NIGHT. They wake you up nicely with all smiles and cheer with a dim light at 5am. They do a brief exam, unhook you, chat you up, tell you about the coffee in the lobby, and give you a form to fill out. Stress free experience!

For some reason, the employee responsible for our "care" wouldn't do a rapid test, so we were told we would have a result within 24-48 hours. Finally, after hearing no results after 72 hours, we reluctantly sent our still sick daughter to school Tuesday morning only to get a phone call that she WAS positive for Strep and we had to pull her from school. She could have been on antibiotics starting Saturday if the staff here had a clue, but now she is out of school until Thursday because of their incompetence. Just an absolute shit show. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE IF THEY ARE SICK!

The bed was uncomfortable and staff did not seem to care about what I had to say. The room was hot and I was not able to get comfortable. They told me I needed to sleep so the test could begin. I almost felt uncomfortable falling asleep as I was not sure how well i would be taken care of. All in all I would suggest using an actual Sleep Medicine Facility such as Unity or Sleep Insights. These places are meant for more than just sleeping and most certainly care more about their patients.

He is a very big shoe size, so we wanted to make sure they had it before we drove there. We called and they said they did. We got there and got my husband inside, they took awhile running our insurance, only to tell us they didn't have his size! Really?? They got it from their west side location for us and had it delivered there the next day, but they could have done that on the phone and saved both him and I a lot of time and effort, and him from limping in there in pain. As far as the boot, it is more expensive than the ones you can find on Amazon, etc. I don't actually know if it's better as I don't have any experience with others. However, strapping the boot is not at all user friendly. The hooks to feed the velcro through fold into the boot all the time. It's hard for me to put it on him, much less if he tries to do it himself. I don't think this is the fault of the store, but it definitely could be designed better.
