When I tried explain what was goin on he started shouting over me about how he was the owner and he'd have me thrown out. That was the last draw. I told him forget it but that didnt calm him down none. He kept screaming louder following me down the hall. Thats when I realized I heard the voice before and sure enough it was the same fella that was yelling at someone upstairs the week before!!
