Rocco's truly stands out from the other auto body repair shops in the area. Their customer service is unmatched and, most importantly, they are an honest company, which is something hard to find in this industry. I can't recommend them more highly read more

I was recently in Rocco's for work on the front end of my car. When I got the car home I noticed something was dripped on the back of my car, like glue or something. When I asked Rocco's about it they immediately denied it. When I brought it back Jason told me it was tree sap. Which is impossible since my car was only in the Scott and in my garage since I brought it home. Jason then agreed to remove the drip and touch it up. When I picked it up from this touch up that was promised, nothing was done, after leaving it there all day. Madison told me when I picked it up I just need to get something to get the tree sap off, which it clearly isn't. I was so mad that they treated me like I'm some kind of idiot, and I will just never go back. I also saw several other reviews with people with similar bad experiences like I had. Beware of bad service. Anyone can fix a fender, you have many choices. read more

The technician created an electrical issue while getting body work done. Unhappy with service.

Bad Paint. While the car looked decent after the repair. the paint started to peel after 5 months. They said that the peeling is due to driving conditions. I feel that it is due to poor workmanship. If the surface is prepped properly, there shouldn't be any peeling. With the cost being over $2600 dollars to replace and paint a bumper and headlamp, They should have done a better quality job. read more

CROOKS- do not use! I brought my vehicle here with a clear work order from my insurance company. Upon picking up my vehicle (2 months after), I noticed they did not replace a body part that was contracted to be replaced. Instead, on the bill they upped the hours they 'worked' on the vehicle to miraculously match the initial quoted estimate price, without replacing a key part. I then had to work with my insurance company to get the money back to take my vehicle to another body shop to do the contracted work. They're shady and hope people won't notice their billing. Do not go. read more

I highly recommend Rocco's Collision Center for your repair. The Berlin, NJ staff was very customer service friendly, excellent with their communication from start to finish and most importantly, did an outstanding job on the repair in a very timely manner. read more

Sal and Sophia were SO helpful, especially considering the difficulties presented by my third party warranty. Sal fought for me and was able to get them to cover the costs as they should have - not sure I could have gotten it done without his efforts! Highly recommend - great communication and experience (at least from them, not the third party!) Thank you! read more

I took my car to Rocco's after a fender bender. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and were professional and very communicative. They had my car back exactly when they said they would, and it looked great. Would definitely recommend! read more

Recently took my brand new '24 jeep wrangler there for some body work due to parts melting. Great service. Mike is a stud. 10/10

Had recommended auto body work done from hitting a deer. However the fender sticks out like its missing screws. Its an older work car and I have to use it for my job oh well. read more

Had my front bumper replaced however once I left the shop the right side of my bumper fell apart. Once that had happened I called to get it fixed or replaced, they immediately said they will follow up with me with a solution and I never received a call back. it has been 4 months and the issue has not been resolved. I WOULD NOT recommend coming here to get any services, they done a poor job for one initial problem.. I walked out with even more issues with my car. read more

I can't RAVE enough about Rocco's Collision Center! Everything was SEAMLESS!!!! Honest communication, fair pricing and great quality work. The Father-Daughter Duo, Sal and Sofia, are both friendly/helpful and went over and beyond in assisting me - they kept me up to date regarding all the repairs on my car as they were happening. I got my car back ahead of schedule and it looks fabulous! I would certainly without a doubt recommend Rocco's Collision to anyone who needs work done. When calling and ask for Sofia or Sal and I'm sure you will get the same exceptional experience that I did. :-) read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I left my car at Rocco's collision Center in South Philly on Monday April 10th. On April 14th, at 8:30pm I found out my car was on 6101 Castor Avenue. I have a second key so I was able to drive up there with my rental to see if the location was correct. Low and behold my car was parked on the Corner of 6100 castor avenue at a residential area. I left my car at Rocco's with 30 miles worth of gas and when I picked it up from the corner it had a half tank of gas and the bumper which is broken was propped back into place. I went to Rocco's today at 8th and Reed at 7:30am and they say none of there mechanics are responsible for taking my car after hours and joyriding with it. They close at 8:00pm which I was told by the guy with the earring in his ear. How coincidental that my car ended up in Northeast Philadelphia by 8:30pm on Friday. Then they claim it was probably stolen, I tell them either way I have my key to you to fix my car so this is your responsibility. The "manager" comes out and offers zero apology stating that if I didn't file a police report "this issue doesn't exist" One of the mechanics in that place at 8th and Reed stole my car and had every intention of keeping it over the weekend. Earring guy tried to argue that the keys are kept in lockbox so how could someone get it. When I told him someone who works there obviously put the keys back in the lockbox over the weekend to cover it up, He had nothing to add. Bottom line is avoid this place unless you don't mind the mechanics taking trips with your car after work is over. And the manager is extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I did however get my key back, I am just pissed at how they handled this especially that manager. He should be fired. They were super defensive so I know someone who works there did this. read more

They fixed my mirror on my car during covid. Accidents happen anytime, right? Contactless, quick, effortless. Leon was really great and easy to work with. Thank you! read more

Always first class and honest. No one's perfect and if there's ever an issue or mistake the teams always take ownership of it and solve it and don't point fingers and just get the job done! read more

Rocco's Collision, through my insurance State Farm, took care of me and my car when I had an accident. The whole process went pretty smoothly. I got calls and email confirmations from beginning to end. Even the arrangements for the pick-up and drop-off to the rental agency(Hertz at 31st and Washington) went well. They fixed my car and it looks good again. read more

Everyone I interacted with at Rocco's was a pleasure. When dropping off, I had my four-month old daughter with me and they allowed me to pull right into the garage and offered to park the car for me once I unloaded, which was totally above and beyond. They also offered to fix the scratches on the other side of my car for only an hours worth of labor (as I was there through someone else's insurance policy), which I was so happy to hear! The team also finished my car ahead of what was originally estimated. Last, but definitely not least, Maria is an absolute sweetheart who made sure I was taken care of. Honestly, her charisma and demeanor makes you feel like you've known her forever. If I (unfortunately) need additional work ever done again on my car, I would only come to Rocco's. read more

I would highly recommend Rocco's. Their service was outstanding. All work was completed before scheduled due date and to my satisfaction. The service manager was well informed of all repairs that where needed. Again I would highly recommend. read more

My boyfriends car was hit and the front bumper smashed up. They did a great job replacing the bumper and it was a very speedy job. The real MVP at Rocco's is whoever cleaned out my boyfriends car and vacuumed it. His car looked like a homeless family was living in it, something out of the show hoarders. I have been telling him to clean his car for weeks with no success, but thanks to Rocco's I can not only see the floor of his car, but stretch my feet out comfortably when I am riding in it. Not all hero's wear capes. read more

I took my car there through GEICO knowing what was already wrong because another mechanic friend of mine looked and told me what was wrong. Well anyway they repaired half of what was supposed to be fixed I then immediately took it to another shop where they pointed out to me the oil leaking from the axel and a torn boot. It was hard not to miss. The only explanation it they must be doing it for the insurance companies. Don't trust them. There either knowingly scumbags or there super incompetent read more

After being rear ended on 76 on my way home from work one Friday evening by an uninsured driver, I was a wreck (no pun intended). I called my insurance company who said that Rocco's was a part of their program and I could work directly with them regarding my repairs. I called them on Saturday morning and spoke with a gentleman who was incredibly helpful as well as sympathetic to my situation. I made arrangements to drop my vehicle off on Monday and was met by Jamie, who ended up going above and beyond throughout the entire process. A week after dropping it off I have my vehicle back and it looks brand new. I'm so grateful for their efficiency and professionalism throughout my entire ordeal. I hope to never have to use them again but if I do, I know I'm in great hands. read more

I recently purchased a new Ram Rebel from Scranton dodge that was delivered with dents and a crap paint job. I was very disappointed being that it was a brand new vehicle. I wasn't happy at all when i was told the only option was to have the entire side of the truck painted and taken apart. I attempted to let the dealer make a correction on it at first and they jerked it up worse so i wasn't sure what to do to correct the problem without making it worse. I stopped by Rocco's and spoke to Johnny and he assured me they could fix it and it would look like it should have the day i purchased the truck and that's exactly what they did. The is a very busy body shop and probably not the cheapest but if you are patient and want a professional job i would recommend them. read more

And if I could give it a 10 I would! I stopped in on a Friday afternoon to get an estimate and Jose made me such a good offer that I left my car. Jose is not only charming but made my 2013 Ford Escape with its dent in the back and multiple nicks and pings in the rear look like it was driven out of the factory. Rocco's not only fixed my car but detailed it to perfection! I can't rave enough about this place. Everyone I came into contact with was pleasant and friendly I was even offered a ride home to the far northeast ( I work in South Philadelphia). The owner did a very good job hiring the people who work at the Snyder Ave center! I've dealt with other auto body shops but none me me feel as important as this one. Kathleen G. read more

This place is awesome and I can not understand why there are not hundreds of five star reviews here. This is a State Farm aurthorized repair center. When my brand new Volvo C70 convertible was hit - - I did not know who to call or what to do. It was my first car accident ever. State Farm recommended Rocco's and they had a tow truck driver pick me up and take my car to their facility. Everyone that I dealt with at Roccos from the receptionist (Brittany) to the managers (Jack and Gerado) were amazing. They let me know every step of the way what was going on with my car, the parts etc. The job that they did was amazing. My brand new car after $11,000 worth of necessary work - - looked brand new again! The paint match was perfect. Not only was this the best expereince that I have had relating to one of my cars, I think that this is one of the best and most professional businesses that I have been to. Bravo Roccos! read more

It's been 2 months since my accident. Not my fault btw I was rear ended. I've had the car back in my possession since 4/7/22. That day I picked up my car they handed me an itemized work order detailing the $17K worth of damages. I stated to the woman then my car was a salvaged title 5 years ago and isn't even worth $17k. Next day I review their work. There are dents, scratches, dirt, oil and even a leak (from Rocco's Collision which is a partner of State Farm) that were never there before the accident. Mind you they did all this work without even speaking to State Farm. Something about them not having the correct contact information for State Farm. After I told the woman at Rocco's Collision about my salvaged title magically, they took 2 weeks to make a new work order lowering the Estimate from $17k to 14k. State farm is saying y car is worth $24k or the average local market value. I explained multiple times that my car is salvaged and isn't worth average market value. They denied it. So, then I took my car to a dealer to see it's trade in value. $7500 was their offer. I then showed them the $17k in repairs. They then say they'd offer me $9k. This prompted me to hire an independent appraiser. $400 later the appraiser found my car ACV to be $13,650.00. I submitted this to State Farm. State Farm is ignoring my appraisal all together. My car should've been a total loss and I should've been able to fix it in whatever way I felt fit. Still should be. They're denying any wrongdoing and are not accepting my appraisal at all. So, because a partner of State Farm tried to run up the bill and didn't bother to check my car's ACV State Farm is screwing over their long time customer. I'm meeting with my lawyer this week. My wife and I will be taking our business of 3 cars and a house to another insurance agency that does right by their customers. State Farm is the devil. Rocco's Collision is just a demon working for them. read more

We took our damaged car to Rocco's on Reed. The staff was very professional and efficient. The work was completed on time and the car looked great! I tired this local shop because it was on my insurance companies list of acceptable shops. The work they did was good and even cleaned my car which was appreciated. I was disappointed in the customer service though. I called in the morning to ask about one of the parts they were putting on my car and was told I would get a call back very soon. I waited about six hours before calling again, asking for anyone in the shop. I waited three days until I got a call back saying my car was done. read more

Rocco's repaired a broken window on my car and some damage to the body. They did an excellent job. I am appreciative of the professional attitudes and service of the front desk staff. Mark was very patient while answering all my many questions and going over in detail the work that was done on my car and he made sure I was completely pleased before I left. Fabio (the detail specialist) is super pleasant and his kind and vibrant personality makes you want to return to Rocco's again. I have been to this business twice and both times I have received excellent service. After to deal with the frustrating experience of having my car broken into, I left Rocco's feeling pleased and at ease. read more

I found the front office staff (Gerardo & Tara) to be friendly and professional. The work was done properly and the paint blending looks great. In comparison to another local shop I've used, Rocco's took about half the time to complete repairs! Most importantly, once the estimate was done, they met the deadline as promised. Other shops often give a very vague timeline and the process drags on. I was also impressed with their customer service in terms of driving me home after I dropped off the vehicle. No waiting around. They also delivered the car to me so I didn't have to find a way down there with my two kids in tow. I would used them again in a heartbeat and recommend them highly. read more

I just wanted to say how happy I am with the service I received from Rocco's, esecially David Bara. My vehicle had been hit and run and had damage to the mirror and passenger side. Just moved to Philly with a brand new 2016 Honda CRV. Got rear ended. First accident, didn't know what to do. State Farm referred me here and I'm so glad they did. I brought the car over without an appointment. They did a quick look and made sure I could still drive it safely. Asked them if I could bring it back in a couple of days as I still needed the car for work. When I did bring it, they were so quick wiht the process. Kept me updated. Always great answering the phone. And to my surprise, everything was done quicker than I thought considering it was a 2016 with parts that weren't readily available. The car looked brand new when I got it. They explained everything that was done to the car and what i should be expecting from the insurance company. And I was out of there very quickly. I'm an insurance professional and I've been referring many clients to Rocco's for their vehicle repairs. All of my clients always seem to come back with positive things to say about the level of customer service that they recieve at Rocco's. I remember specifically one of my clients explaining how excited he was about Rocco's providing him with a loaner car for a few days, free of charge, while his vehicle was being repaired. He explained how he felt that Dave Bara went above and beyond for him and really felt that his business was appreciated. Instead of the customer stressing out about not being about to get back and forth to work, Rocco's was able to make his work commute easier and more convenient. I was pleased to hear that the client had such a good experience with Rocco's and since then I make sure I refer all of my clients there. read more
